  • Kima Condominium bevindt zich op 14300 Gulf Blvd. op Madeira Beach, Florida, op slechts 40 minuten van de internationale luchthaven van Tampa. HEEFT INTERNET. Vissen, varen, zwemmen, ontspannende zonsondergangen, shell zoeken, zonnebaden, restaurants, winkels, diepzeevissen excursies, gokken cruises en wereldberoemde JOHNS PASS VILLAGE liggen allemaal op loopafstand voor uw plezier. Dit appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit de woon / eetkamer en slaapkamer. De 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers unit heeft een tv in elke slaapkamer en een flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer. Het gebouw heeft een verwarmbaar zwembad, zonneterras en een lift en twee trappen. Alleen zaterdag tot zaterdag. We houden van huisdieren, maar ze zijn niet toegestaan. Als dit apparaat is geboekt, kijk dan op 1023318.

    Slechts een korte rit naar St. Petersburg / Clearwater en zijn bezienswaardigheden (Pier, Dali Museum, Baseball Spring Training, golf / tennis) liggen op slechts 20 minuten afstand; Tampa heeft een prachtig aquarium en Busch Gardens liggen op 45 minuten afstand. Orlando en zijn bezienswaardigheden (Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World) liggen op minder dan 2 uur rijden

    We hebben een extra groot openluchtbalkon en de beste tarieven op het strand !!! U huurt van een eigenaar en wij geven de besparingen aan u door zodat u, wij mogen gast die jaar na jaar terugkeert en weet dat u een geweldige tijd zult hebben en steeds weer zou willen terugkeren.

    Huren zijn wekelijks, zaterdag tot zaterdag. Check-in is 4 p. m. Zaterdag en uitchecken voor 10:00 uur. m. de volgende zaterdag. We kunnen meer flexibiliteit bieden voor in- en uitchecktijden en -datums tijdens het 'off' (waarde) seizoen (na de werkdag), of indien vooraf goedgekeurd.

The condo was great for what we needed. It is a large space with plenty of room for the four of us and it was very comfortable and you cannot get any closer to the beach than this place. Before renting, I read all of the reviews and I saw complaints about it being old and dated. I will say that if you are looking for modern styling, this place is not for you. But if you are looking for a place that is clean, comfortable, and tight on the beach for a reasonable price, then this place is for you. We really enjoyed our stay and I would certainly not hesitate to rent this place again.

The condo was great and exactly what we wanted. A place to drink coffee and watch dolphins and a place to sleep. The location is spectacular and it was nice to have a parking spot for when family came to visit.

We had a great stay and couldn’t have had a better view from the location of the condo. Condo is very accommodating just steps from the sand and water. Would recommend the host and condo to anyone looking for a great vacation!

Beautiful condo. Great location! Coffee cups too small so we bought new ones as well as some wine glasses and cocktail glasses and left them there for the next tenants. Also not enough bath towels and hand towels so we bought some and left them there. But all in all great place to stay!

Listing was as stated. Large balcony to see the sunset every night, several items in the unit we were able to utilize so we didn’t have to purchase. Had a misunderstanding on the steps to lock the front door. Owner was quick to assist. Would stay in the unit again in the future.

We had a lovely week - loved being right on the beach. Wish there were not so many codes to get in and out of stuff - finally learned them all by the end of our stay. Kitchen was not very well equiped but we were able to make do for the few times we ate in the condo. Loved the view and the beach was great. People were very friendly - helped us remember codes when we forgot. :).

Prime location! 4th floor directly overlooking the pristine beach & ocean and is centrally located with quick access to many restaurants & different communities. The beach was quiet and not crowded, and it stretches for miles perfect for long walks morning & night. The pool is located on the side of the building so pool noise was not heard. Communication with the host was great - receiving quick responses to our questions from the time it was booked to the end of our stay. A

Location, location, location

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and awesome ocean view, heated pool and beach. We loved walking to John’s Pass. The beds were very comfortable.

When we arrived we had a couple of issues but we contacted Charles right away & resolved the problems within 24 hours! We had a wonderful vacation & hope to rent there again in the future!

Great Condo and Location

I had some negative reviews about this condo/owner and let me assure you that nothing could be further from the truth. The condo was clean and painted in bright beach palettes. The proximity to the beach is awesome. Close to John’s Pass, dining and recreation. The pool was warm and immaculately clean. We will stay here again.

The balcony view was great and the pool was nice.Parking was easy and the elevator was convenientbut late in the afternoon with 90 degree temps it was 100 in the elevator.Unit was acceptable and fairly clean.The unit is dated to put it nicely.There was mold in the showers. Some handles missing or broken on the cabinets The laminate was falling off the lower kitchen cabinets so it cut you if you were not careful. Saw many dead bugs in old light fixture in kitchen. Lighting in bathrooms was poor. The filter in the air handler for A/C system was black . Needs to be replaced. Tried the dryer after 1 1/2 hours towels were still not dry. Pulled a softball size ball of lint out of the door vent it worked a little better after that.Used the vacuum it makes a lot of noise but doesn't pick up anything. The limited pots & pans were old & scratched, not very clean. The few Cooking utensils were broken & dirty.Could not find any measuring cups & spoons.We have had the pleasure of staying at 5 rentals in Madeira beach over the past 5 years we will not be back to see this one.Dunleavy family

Location! Location! Location!

This property is a super find on the central gulf coast at a price that cannot be beat. It is right on the beach and convenient to shopping, dining, activities, and attractions. Restaurants, shops, and grocery stores (Winn Dixie and Publix) are a short drive (or even a manageable walk) away. The village and boardwalk at Johns Pass (again a short ride or 30 minute walk away) is where you can find restaurants, bars, shops, and activities such as deep sea fishing, sunset cruises, and boat and wave runner rentals. Although not the newest building on the beach, it is well maintained. It has an elevator and luggage carts available making your move in and out easy. The heated pool and beachfront sun deck are nice and the lounge chairs are comfortable The bathroom adjacent to the pool is convenient when spending time on the beach. And what a beach! Soft white sand, abundant shells, and easy to walk on as the sand packs nicely making a firm and stable surface. The unit itself has all the comforts you will need with a washer/dryer, dish washer, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, and microwave. The large open floorplan lets you see the gulf while cooking, dining, or relaxing in the living area. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and there are sufficient towels and bedding. The three TVs with basic cable allow everyone to watch what they want when the want. The balcony, which is accessible from both the living space and the master bedroom is the perfect place to unwind with your favorite beverage while enjoying a spectacular sunset each evening. One activity I would recommend is a day trip to Clearwater Marine Aquarium where the movie "Dolphin Tale" is set. Not your standard big fish tank, this unique establishment is a working marine rescue center and hospital where you can see dolphins, otters, turtles, sharks, rays, and other aquatic animals on the mend or enjoying their "retirement." Google it and see if this is something you may enjoy. The unit's owner is responsive, often replying to test messages in under an hour, and provides all the information you will need to have an enjoyable and affordable vacation.

Location, great…outside ie pool n deck, good…view, amazing. BUT inside condo needs a lot of improvement . No towels in bathrooms upon arrival…dirty utensils in kitchen…dryer needs repairing…vertical blinds missing slats… no handle on balcony door…black mold under toilet rim…soiled upholstery…generally just needs a thorough cleaning
