Inside your studio, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay:

- Dining: Small table with two chairs- perfect for meals or work
- Kitchen: 2-burner stovetop, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee maker, Mini refrigerator,Pots, pans, cooking utensils, Silverware, plates, glasses, mugs, Cutting board
- Shower: Walk-in shower (please note: there is no full bathroom, only a shower and sink in the unit)

-Essentials Provided: Towels (1 large, 2 washcloths, 1 medium per guest), Starter toiletries: soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board, Hangers, Broom and dustpan, Kitchen basics: dish soap, paper towel, sponge, initial trash bags.
You’ll have private access to your own studio, while the outdoor areas are shared with other guests in the small complex.

- This unit is part of a small 8-unit property; outdoor areas are shared.
- Pets welcome ($100 non-negotiable fee applies; covers special cleaning).
- Any excessive damage will be charged! please let us know if you find anything not right when you check in.
- Maintenance staff (pest control, yard, repairs) may be on property 1-2x per month for upkeep. If you prefer we don’t spray -inside, let us know (it’s safe and highly recommended).
- No bathtub in the unit; there’s a shower only.
- The studio is best suited for solo travelers or couples (less set up for families/children)
