Zuid-hoek appartement op een toplocatie op St. Pete Beach in de buurt van alle restaurants, winkels en activiteiten die het strand altijd te bieden heeft! Traditionele inrichting en comfortabel meubilair, bijgewerkte en volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine en droger ter plaatse voor gebruik, een eigen balkon dat uitkijkt op de Golf van Mexico om al onze beroemde zonsondergangen te zien ... .Alle plekken op het witte strand om te verkennen !! Gelegen aan het noordelijke uiteinde van St Pete Beach is The Caprice. Dit gebouw aan het strand houdt je in de buurt en op loopafstand van vele restaurants, winkels, strandbars en live entertainment dat St Pete Beach altijd al aan de hand heeft! Je vindt John's Pass Village ongeveer 4 mijl naar het noorden, waar veel winkels, restaurants, wateractiviteiten en entertainment te vinden zijn. Heb je zin om op een paar achtbanen te rijden terwijl je in de stad bent? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts 45 minuten rijden of raak de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando binnen 2 uur. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometerslange stranden zijn maar een paar redenen om onze Pinellas County-stranden te bezoeken !!! St Pete Beach is vol met activiteiten voor alle leeftijden, heeft geweldige stranden en wacht op u om een bezoek te komen !!

Location is fantastic!!! Close to restaurants and right on the beach however the unit is really dated. The bathrooms are from the 80s, the showerhead barely trickles out. The bed pillows are in need of updating, master closet door is broken and the couch is dirty. For the money there are definitely better units available in the building.

The unit was showing its age in a few places such as the countertops had a big piece of the laminate missing by the dishwasher. I wish there were overhead fans available as we were advised we couldn’t put the AC below 70 and it was much warmer in the bedrooms compared to the living room. We did find box fans in the closet but they were covered in a thick layer of dust and couldn’t be vacuumed off with the vacuum in the unit. The beach was beautiful and we were within walking distance to several restaurants which was really nice.

Pictures are not updated. The resort decking is set up differently than pictured, and there is no shuffleboard. This is a very basic condo, could use some cabinetry and furniture updated. Kind of had a musty smell.

Perfect location

Beautiful beach views, you can walk to most everything you want. The condo is clean albeit in need of a little TLC. Once we figured out how to get the key and parking pass, we were good. Never had a need to contact the property manager. Well appointed kitchen and everything work. Great AC! We would stay here again! Thank you!!!

Needs

Condo in need of paint and minor repairs. Bath mats or anti slip strips needed and closet doors don’t work well. Bathroom cabinets need replaced also with the sinks and drains. The good news is the condo was updated with new furniture and flooring! We did enjoy our stay.

Just what we needed for being at the beach!

The property had a lot of beach supplies/toys, which was great for us since we have two kids and were flying in for the week. There's floaties, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and coolers that we used every day at the pool and beach. It was great!

Girls trip

This condo is not overly spacious however it was adequate size for our girls trip with 4 of us. Beach is great and beach access is excellent. TV access was great for us to watch movies at night. We would stay here again.

Beautiful view…run down condo.

The condo was definitely older and run down. All the cabinets, closets and bathrooms were falling apart. The beds squeaked when you moved and kept me us up all night. There was also a smell in the room, not bad but not good either. The location and the view were nice but that was it.

The facility was not portrayed as it truly is, the 2nd bathroom door would not close, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, there was food statins on the pull out bed sheets, the furniture was old and dirty, and the bathrooms are in dire need of updating. For the money spent I was extremely disappointed in the facility. The only saving grace was the location to the beach and the balcony views.

Great location

Condo was great. Requiring a visit to office one mile away to pick up and drop off a pool key was a pain as we did not have a car. Not sure why they couldnt just stay with condo as with other management companies even we stayed at same building. Otherwise a great place and we will be back again next year
