I think we all know we’re paying for the awesome views and access to the beach, in close proximity to nice dining and coffee shops! That did not disappoint!The unit itself could use some TLC—the bathroom exhaust fans were noisy and we needed to vacuum them out for fear they might be fire hazards. The kitchen trash can was cracked—seems like a simple fix, there was no screen in the 5th floor master bedroom window, which meant we mostly kept it closed for safety reasons. One note about other resorts on St Pete’s is that a reasonable amount of cleansers/toiletries are left behind by each guest, which does help when you first arrive. In this case, the unit is advertised as having just a couple dishwasher pods, which was true. Makes me wonder what happens to all the products guests are forced to buy then leave behind. Lastly, the certificate for the elevator in the facility expired in 2024.We did have a good stay, but would not choose this unit again.
