De Villa Madeira Resort in Madeira Beach is de perfecte locatie voor uw familie vakantie. Deze veilige en goed onderhouden gebouw is gelegen in het hart van Madeira Beach, ligt op loopafstand van John's Pass, en ligt direct aan het zand. Het resort zwembad is het hele jaar door verwarmd en biedt veel ruimte en stoelen om te ontspannen of te genieten van de Florida zon.

Deze bovenste verdieping appartement geven u een prachtig uitzicht op het strand en de Golf van zowel de slaapkamer en de woonkamer, en de gescreende-in balkon zorgt voor een comfortabele en koele ruimte om te ontspannen of dineren in.

De master slaapkamer heeft een king size bed met aangrenzende badkamer. De kapitein bad heeft een aangepaste extra grote inloopdouche en een eigen wastafel en toilet delen. De tweede slaapkamer is ingericht met een queensize bed en de derde slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden. De gast bad uit het belangrijkste gebied is voorzien van een douche / bad combinatie.

The view and layout of the condo were amazing. Communication with owners was easy and fast. Location of the condo is perfect for walking to plenty of food places and Johns Pass. We were able to see beautiful sunsets and dolphins throughout the entire stay. Would highly recommend this location.

Family Spring Break

I chose this location last May after having spent many spring breaks in the pan handle and desiring a better chance of warmer weather (traveling from Indiana). Alternative plans were 100% on me following the hurricane as I was completely aware of the devastation in the area. That said, I would have appreciated a full disclosure email about the condition of the building prior to paying in full a month or two earlier, such as the pool and patio area still being completely covered in sand. It may or may not have swayed my decision, but I think that courtesy would have been nice. Our specific condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for the week. I shared a few things with the property management which would need fixed soon, such as an inoperable toaster and dresser drawers missing bottoms, and they were very responsive. The view was amazing, and the building small enough that we had absolutely no issue with noise from other units or buildings. The unit itself could have used a good deep cleaning. But quite frankly, not a single person in my family cared in the least. We simply enjoyed our time away from home, on the beach and in the sun. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Our week at the beach

Our trip started out poorly because of Hurricane Debby. When we reached out about the weather, we could not get anyone to actually "talk" to us which was very frustrating. Also frustrating was that the elevator was broken the whole week and we were on the 6th floor. The Master suite was great and the view was spectacular. The other rooms were just okay. The storm door was broken beyond use, but this had been mentioned in previous reviews.

Nice vacation

We had a very nice time. We took our two granddaughters for their high school graduation. We did notice a few items. The screen door needs some work as does the door knob. The floors were dirty. The first day my feet were black, so we bought a mop and spic and span to wash them. No more black feet. There are parts of the laminate floor coming up that we kept stubing feet on. When you lay in the master bed, the ceiling has lots of cobwebs. My granddaughters only weigh 100 and 115 lbs, yet their queen bed sunk like a hammock. When we went to get four glasses there were only three. One was broken and one cracked when we washed it. We bought glasses. Being from Florida, we are familiar with roaches. I wish we had some spray so when the roach came out we could have sprayed it. It was the only one we saw. Overall it was very nice. Love the huge shower. We would certainly book it again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Absolutely amazing!!

This place is perfect! Best views I’ve experienced of the Gulf of Mexico. Huge walk-in shower attached to the master bedroom. Access to the balcony can be made from the living room or master bedroom. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Best part of this place was the location, there was a local candy store and ice cream shop across the street. There is also a local coffee shop right on the corner. Would definitely come back! Highly recommend this place!

Great property and location

We had a great time on our Mother, Daughter, Grand daughter trip. This is a perfect location right on the beach, very short walk to Caddys restaurant and close to shopping and other restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Can't beat the breath taking view of the gulf. Appreciated the updated living & dining area furniture since booking. Master bed & 2nd bedroom mattresses could be updated. Though master bath shower is HUGH, room w/ shower & toilet tight. LOVED the captain's chairs on the lanai & spent hours there w/ morning coffee & sunset drinks. ☕🍹 GREATLY appreciated all the beach chairs, umbrella etc. Great price for 3BR, 2 bath top floor unit directly on the gulf. Would be more convenient if entire complex was keyless. Will be back🏝🏖

Old condo

Condo is nice but old. The elevator broke down most of 2 days!! Being with parents that were 80 and on the 6th floor, we were basically stuck!! Thank God the view was nice. Heated pool was broke as well. We were disappointed to say the least.

My visit

The property was nice the area was nice. The key to get into the beach area and elevator was a pain in the butt. I understand keeping it safe but I think there needs to be some more thought into it like the doors with a code. Also we were woke up every morning with the roofers doing the work. We we’re on the top floor so that didn’t help. But the roof needs repaired so we dealt with it. All in all we all loved our stay and would go again.

Perfect Location

Love this property. People will complain about the lack of keys but we had two sets and with a little planning, we made it work just fine. The unit was clean and comfortable. There were a couple minor things in need of repair but it didn't change our mind about our stay. We will definitely be coming back

Perfect location

We had an amazing stay at this condo. You cannot beat the location. We walked to John’s Pass almost every night to have dinner or take boat rides or shop. The condo was recently updated from the photos we saw when we booked last year which was a nice surprise. Very nice balcony with nice and comfortable furniture. The couches inside seemed to be new and were great. Master bedroom and the master bath were very large and comfortable. The shower was huge and amazing! The other 2 bedrooms and bathroom were great as well. The only thing I didn’t love about the condo complex was you were tied to a key to get anywhere. I wore the key around my wrist the entire time we were there. You have to use it to get to the beach, the pool, the elevator and the bathrooms. I would think locks with keypads would be more convenient. A minor inconvenience compared to all the other wonderful aspects of our experience. We will definitely be returning.

Top floor condo

The condo is in a very nice part of Madeira beech- a short walk down to John’s pass. The three bedroom unit was very accommodating for our family. We did experience a few problems but nothing to ruin our stay. I would suggest the owners stay in their condo for a couple weeks to experience the same details that needed address before the next rental . Besides that the condo is very nice.

Love staying at Villa Madeira. We’ve stayed at various units here and you can’t beat the location. This unit was clean and was sufficient for my husband and myself. There is only one building key which can be a pain. Hopefully they will get another one. Management responded immediately when I had a question and I had a few concerning the TV but it worked out. Restaurants are close by and good and there are a lot of activities and if you love fishing Hubbards Marina had all kinds of trips you can buy. The unit has everything you need for the beach supplied but if you have more than 4 people you might plan on getting paper plates and things. We would rent this unit again

We loved everything about our stay. Loved the balcony, lots of chairs and a couple tables. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys! Only thing we would have liked is one more elevator key. Other than that, it was perfect!

A very nice older condo, which has beautiful views overlooking the Gulf from the top floor . Clean, property management team was excellent. Limited amenities for the beach and the condo association will not allow you to bring their chairs onto the beach. Will rent again.

Villa Madeira stay

Condo was clean and location was perfect! The condo needs to be updated, beds were very uncomfortable, flat pillows. Furniture looked like it came from goodwill. The main bathroom had soft spot in middle of tub that made you feel like you were going to fall through. The keys system to get in and out of condo, pool, etc needs to be updated to keyless entry. Carrying a key around all the time is a pain. One elevator for whole building was slow and you had to wait awhile bc so many people have to use it. Again, location was perfect but condo could use updating for price point. The management team we used was on top of it with check in process, pymts etc.

Fun Beach week with family

Condo was very clean upon arrival. Living Room furniture comfortable. Master Bedroom bed was OK. Just not to our liking. Suggest you get some sheets that fit. (too small). 2nd bedroom bed was almost not useable - lumpy and slanted downhill. Kitchen supplies were adequate except there were a total of 4 forks for 6 family members. Elevator broke down one evening but was promptly fixed within 2 hours. The key system for the property is very cumbersome. key to get out, key to get in.... Sometimes logistics were difficult. Pool was great!. Water temperature was excellent. Enjoyed close access to beach. Property management team was very responsive.
