Luxury Condo Hotel Suite on the Beach

This large 2-bedroom, 1-1/2- bathroom condo hotel suite can hold up to 5 people comfortably. It includes a King bed and a full bathroom in the master bedroom, a Twin bed in the second bedroom, as well as a full-sized sofa bed in the living room. The balcony for this condo faces the streets of the area. Sip a drink while listening to the sounds of the beach scene from your balcony 3 to 4 stories above the action. This suite is perfect for the family on the go. Please note that the second bedroom does not have a window. Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35/night + tax included in your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60.Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $42.80/day will apply. A daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in will be applied if you are travelling with your dog. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.

This is a MUST stay for families of smaller children!!! It's right on the popular strip but at the north end, so a perfect combination of easy access to restaurants and shopping, but not too busy or loud. It's right on the water, so a short walk from the condo to the beach - which is perfect for parents hauling ALL the beach toys, etc. Loved that I didn't have to bring beach towels or chairs (that take up so much space in the luggage) because those were provided by the condo. BONUS: there was a playground across the street for the kids! The staff are wonderful and welcoming. The check-in process was seamless! The condo had everything we needed. The pool was a bit smaller than expected, but there's a city pool 1 block down the street. On-site parking was key and well-worth the extra fee. Hands-down would stay here again and will recommend!!!

We have stayed at the Avalon Club Hotel before and chose to stay there again! It is always impeccably clean, right on the beach and the staff is incredible. Our smoke detector started chirping low battery and the front desk sent someone immediately to change the battery. I know we will be back!

Great location but VERY thin walls

Location is A plus. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unit was clean. Unit is sparsely furnished (could use a new love seat), but had everything we needed and having a washer and dryer was great. The only thing you absolutely need to be aware of is how thin the walls between units are. We could hear EVERYTHING, and I mean everything, going on in the unit next to us which became quite uncomfortable as well as disruptive
