Gulf Strand ligt op het zand in het hart van St. Pete Beach, en op loopafstand van de beste restaurants, winkels, spa's en natuurlijk de geweldige wateren van de Golf van Mexico. Dit appartement op de bovenste verdieping is ingericht in Florida-stijl met felle kleuren en veel schatten, en is ingericht met een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer en een queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer. Het op het noordwesten gelegen privébalkon biedt u een onbelemmerd uitzicht op de wereldberoemde zonsondergang en een fantastisch uitzicht op de Golf om wakker te worden met uw koffie in de ochtend.

Er is voldoende ruimte voor vier gasten, met twee grote badkamers en een volledige, volledig uitgeruste keuken. Alle strand- en badhanddoeken worden geleverd, samen met een complete set beddengoed.

Het resort is klein en privé met slechts 35 appartementen, een prachtig zwembad en een bubbelbad met uitzicht op het zand, toegewezen parkeerplaats en gratis gebruik van BBQ-grills op de patio. Gratis WiFi, kabel-tv en een wasmachine en een droger in de flat maken dit de perfecte locatie voor een week of een maand.

Check in was easy and communication good. There were long hairs in the bathroom and bed room and the couch was uncomfortable and very dated. The table on the balcony wobbles and had to put a sandal underneath a leg to be able to set drinks on it and not worry about spilling them.

We had a wonderful visit to St Pete Beach. The beachfront Gulf Strand location was amazing. It took us 2 minutes to get from our condo to the beach! The condo was quite comfortable and clean, it really was almost exactly like the pictures. We had a lovely partial view of the beach (and gorgeous sunsets) though the balcony furniture was pretty outdated and the feet of the table were rusted away, rendering it useless. Though we didn’t get to enjoy the balcony, it was helpful for air drying wet swimsuits and towels.There were a couple aspects that could use some freshening up and attention. The king size bed has an older mattress. The couch wasn’t particularly comfortable and the table lamp almost fell apart when we went to adjust it! The washer/dryer wasn’t working during our stay, but we were able to use one across the hall at no charge. The kitchen was stocked with cookery, dinnerware, glassware etc. but a few more basic cooking essentials (oil, spices, coffee) would make a big difference.While we noticed these things, they certainly didn’t detract from our comfort and visit. A few finishing touches would make this place perfect! We loved the extra beach toys in the closet and used the cooler that was provided too.

We had a great time and the location is ideal for a beach holiday. The condo had everything we needed and felt very much like a home. We extended our stay by one day as we had such a good time. We would stay here again if visiting St Pete’s in future.

Location is great - able to walk to many restaurants, grocery store, beach and pool. Condo is very dated - cabinets / vanities are coming apart and do not close properly; kitchen supplies are not consistent - lids do not fit pots; limited cookware; coffee mugs chipped; useable knives was challenging. Master bathroom shower was not very clean (black soap scum on door track); balcony table was off balance (appears 1 leg may have rusted). Washer and dryer were very old - noisy, off balance, dryer lint basket did not fit properly. Supplies in closer (Chairs, umbrella, etc) were old and in need of replacing. Glad we brought our own!

We had planned to go to St Pete’s Beach before heading to Naples. We were very unsure what to expect due to the two hurricanes that hit the area. This was the only property that provided an update about the area. We decided at that last minute to book and were pleasantly surprised as we were able to enjoy the beach and golf. Great view and the unit had everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again

The property is decorated very beachy an it was clean . Because of the hurricanes the pool was out of commission. Our parking space was between a pile of debris and a dumpster. Was given a different space by property management but a day later there was a notice on windshield that we could not park there. Other than that it was fine,

We loved the location due to beach proximity and in an area dominated by super tall buildings yet close to everything. All the condos face the beach, which was nice. The property was as described and comfortable.

We came for a week for our anniversary, the condo was nice and clean, can use some fresh updated paint. Two nice coolers a umbrella if you need one, the beach chairs are the chairs that are small, my husband rented a lounge chair on the beach everyday. The mattress is pretty firm not comfortable and the pillows are awful need replacing. No extras in the kitchen as in salt pepper etc, there is a dollar tree kiddy corner and publix which came in handy. great area for restaurants and bars for drinks, not much cold water in the bathroom sinks , brushing teeth with warm water, it was a good week and nice view, would probably check out a different condo

My husband and I have never stayed at a VRBO before. This was so easy! The place has everything!! Even provided a bouncy chair if you have little ones! I will highly recommend this location to anyone going to St. Pete!

What a wonderful place to stay. It has everything you need (towels, kitchen items and shampoo and soap to get started) It is in a great location with restaurants, grocery store and mini golf in walking distance. They were very quick to respond to our questions. Loved our vacation!

In town visiting relatives and just needed a spot for myself. It was perfect. Great views, walkable to all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants. Beach is lovely. Would def recco and stay again!

We had a lovely family vacation at St. Pete Beach. Two adults and two children fit comfortably in this condo. It is an excellent location, right on the beach with a beautiful view. When we arrived, the condo was very dirty- our feet were black after walking around for just a few minutes. The owners were great at communicating and sent a cleaner out immediately. Even after they cleaned again, it still felt dirty (and our feet were still black) but the owners offered free tickets to our family to the Clearwater Aquarium to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a wonderful trip, just could have been cleaner.

This unit is located in a great part of the western coast of Florida. A really nice beach (which you can see from the unit) is right outside the back gate. Lots of restaurants and shopping are nearby. The complex that the unit is located in is very nicely maintained. The check in process was very simple and smooth. Great communication from the hosts. If you combine the property description with the review comments you get a good idea of what the unit is like. The setup is nice. The balcony is a pleasant bonus (though a bit noisy because of the street noise). The unit is stocked with beach chairs, toys, coolers, beach towels, etc., which was really appreciated. The cleanliness was on the moderate side. Things are a bit tired and need of a refresh (screeching closet door, bottom of side chair blown out, faded curtains, etc.). I would stay here again . . . and I would recommend it to friends but would mention a few caveats.
