Op zoek naar een prachtig strandhuis op een van de best beoordeelde stranden aan de Golfkust? Bekijk ons ​​onlangs gerenoveerde, prachtig ingerichte appartement gelegen in het hart van Clearwater Beach bij Dockside Condominiums. We zijn direct aan de baai en binnen 100 meter van het suikerzandstrand, strandwandeling, restaurants, winkels, nachtleven en meer. De uitzichten zijn spectaculair en u zult genieten van het kijken naar de boten, dolfijnen en zeekoeien vanuit de eetkamer raam en balkon.

Onze woning omvat alle gemakken van thuis - plus enkele! Het is perfect voor een of twee koppels, met een comfortabele slaapbank voor incidentele gasten. De suites met twee slaapkamers hebben elk een kingsize bed en bevinden zich aan weerszijden van de keuken / eetkamer / woonkamer, dus perfect voor privacy. Een van de slaapkamers heeft ook een eenpersoonsbed. Beide slaapkamers hebben grote kasten, dressoirs, flatscreen-tv's en nachtkastjes. De ene badkamer heeft een bad / douche en de andere heeft een inloopdouche. Er is ook een hotelkluis in het apparaat en u kunt uw eigen toegangscode instellen.

De volledig functionerende keuken is voorzien van roestvrijstalen apparatuur, granieten aanrecht, borden, potten, pannen en al het keukengerei dat u nodig heeft om uw eigen maaltijden te bereiden of te genieten van meeneemgerechten uit een van de nabijgelegen restaurants. Een full-size wasmachine en droger, grote kasten, een flatscreen-tv en een dvd-speler, WiFi, high-speed internet en gratis parkeren zijn allemaal inbegrepen. Het zwembad en zonnedek kijken uit op de baai en worden gedeeld met het Clearwater Beach Hotel naast de deur.

Niet-rokers alleen alsjeblieft. Sorry, geen huisdieren toegestaan.

We spent five nights over Christmas at Dock of the Bay. We enjoyed our stay. The property is ideally situated. It overlooks a dock and the bay, takes five minutes of walking to the beach, and is surrounded by restaurants and other amenities. Traffic in Clearwater Beach during the holidays can be egregious. The condo building itself is just off the main road, so it is easy to get in and out and is quiet at night.The condo itself was recently renovated. It is equipped with everything we need. We traveled with the elderly and a small child. We particularly liked the layout of the property, with a set of "suites" (a bedroom and a bathroom) on both sides of the condo. So at night residents in either end do not disturb each other.Kit and Gary are great hosts! The communications were smooth and they replied to our requests and questions promptly. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend!

We booked this lovely unit for two weeks starting September 23rd. Stayed one night and left because Helene was coming. Drove inland for 3 nights hoping to return but couldn’t due to Helene. Kit, the owner, graciously refunded all but one night and the service fee. VRBO refunded the taxes with exception of the one night. We hope to return when Clearwater Beach is able to accept tourists.

Overall fantastic experience with the condo ! Only downside was the shared pool with the adjacent clearwater beach hotel .. it was more often than not very crowded .

This is our second time staying at this condo. The hosts are wonderful and so it’s their place. They take pride and they will help you with anything you might need. The condo has everything you will need and want, plus the vicinity to the beach, stores and restaurants, the cleanliness and comfort, knowing that my family will enjoy our family trip makes this place our home away from home every time.

The location is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants nearby. The condo is beautiful and very clean. The hosts had everything fully stocked in the kitchen. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and wagon that were provided to use. The hosts were very easy to contact and were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Excellent communication with the owners prior to our stay and checking in on us during the stay was the right level. Beautiful condo, sparkling clean, the most comfortable beds, had the best sleeps. The little touches, from beach items - trolley, chairs, cool box to an umbrella should there be rain! Welcome gift was a lovely touch and a superb location, walking distance to everywhere. My husband and our friends stayed here 9 days. The host is very responsive to any and all questions. The condo is very clean and is perfect for 2 couples. The Sunrise view from the outside patio is outstanding! Highly recommend!

Condo très propre et très bien équipé….. Nous n’avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour. Très facile d’aller à la plage qui est environ à 10 minutes de marche . La propriétaire répond promptement à nos questions et elle s’est informée à notre arrivée si tout était correct au condo. Elle a le confort de ses invités à coeur.

The condominium was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was perfect. The doors had codes, so there was no need to worry about a key. The owner provided some essential items so we didn't have to spend extra money. They also provided a beach wagon, four beach chairs and a cooler. They were so quick to respond to any inquiry both before and during our stay. We didn't rent a car, but we really didn't need to because there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this unit. We definitely will be using this particular owner again!! I would give them a hundred stars if I could.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dock of the Bay. Fantastic location for getting to the beach with a 2 year old. Great layout of the condo! Loved having washer/dryer in unit. Kit and Gary were great-checking in to make sure things were going well and got someone over right away when we wondered if the fridge was working. Overall, extremely satisfied with our entire trip and will definitely look to rent here again next time we make the trip down!

Condo was beautiful and extremely clean. Everything we needed was there. The view was amazing and just a quick walk to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Easy drive to many more beaches and the Town of Dunedin. Everything as promised and great hosts.
