Prachtig Emerald Isle appartement dat perfect geschikt is voor een familievakantie of een uitje met vrienden. Dit appartement met 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers direct aan het strand heeft een eigen slaapkamer met een kingsize bed plus 1 queensize bed en 2 aparte bedden in de 2 extra slaapkamers voor iedereen om comfortabel te slapen. Met een prachtig gerenoveerd, volledig uitgeruste keuken die klaar is voor uw gebruik, open woon- en eetkamer en een groot privébalkon met uitzicht op het strand en de Golf van Mexico, biedt dit appartement de perfecte ruimte voor u om van uw verblijf te genieten en familieherinneringen op te bouwen . LET OP: dit is een niet-roken woning met uitzondering van 2 aangewezen rookruimtes buiten.

The Emerald Isle is een direct gebouw aan het strand op North Redington Beach. Dit gebouw heeft optionele appartementen met 2 of 3 slaapkamers, die allemaal vanaf hun eigen balkon een direct uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico hebben. U vindt John's Pass Village ongeveer 4 mijl naar het zuiden, dat is gevuld met winkels, restaurants, wateractiviteiten en entertainment voor iedereen. Heb je zin om op een paar achtbanen te rijden terwijl je in de stad bent? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts een uur rijden of raak de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando in ongeveer 2 uur. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometerslange stranden zijn maar een paar redenen om onze Pinellas County-stranden te bezoeken !!! North Redington Beach is een schilderachtig strandstadje dat op slechts een korte rit buiten St Petersburg ligt; een stad vol met musea, kunstgalerijen, restaurants en winkels. Mooie uitgestrekte strand, geweldige plekken om te vissen en alles wat je nodig hebt vlak in de buurt maakt de Emerald Isle een geweldige vakantie keuze!

It’s all about location for me! I love to be right on the beach, and Emerald Isle is just that. It was the getaway from the cold in Maine that we needed!

We love the area with all of the restaurants and music available. Condo was very nice and provided us with everything we needed. Only negative is large mattress in 2nd bedroom is not comfortable.

Nice area

Room was spacious. Pool gate was hard to unlock on the north side. Great area that was not too busy. Great water pressure in showers. Enjoyed a very relaxing vacation. Only thing I wish was different was that I could pay for an additional parking spot, but most days I found an additional spot on the road that was relatively close.

Beautiful view, great accommodations

Unit 103 has a totally unblocked view of the beach and ocean. It is amazing. There is a nice deck with room for probably 8 people. Inside is a well-stocked kitchen with a nice dining area. The pool looks nice, but it is not large. (The pool was closed while we were there from Hurricane damage) Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with a dressing area and a private ensuite bath. The queen bedroom has a walk-in closet and direct access to a shared bathroom.The unit is well taken care of and the property managers are responsive.

Not what we were expecting!

First, we were expecting 2 parking spots because we had chosen a 3 bedroom in order to include adult children and family coming in a different vehicle.🚗 we expected laundry facilities in the Condo. ( which we have had in similar condo properties in the same area. ) we didn’t expect to have to go to a separate floor with a washer and dryer, that you had to waste time keeping an eye on. We expected a heated pool. Not one that had issues, without a backup heating system. So my granddaughters only enjoyed 1 day in the pool, before it was out of commission. We also felt that without any shade in the pool area, umbrellas would have been nice. A broom and dust pan to sweep up sand would have been useful. In the condo itself, more towels should have been available for a weeks stay. ( 2 hand towels in the kitchen is pretty limited) Considering we paid with all included almost $4000 for the week, I felt it wasn’t worth it! We are a frequent renter of Condos, so we have expectations as well as experience!

Easy to reserve and check in and check out process was easy and had no problems. Older facility but room had been updated. Although the cleanliness of the room was lacking and I had to spend time cleaning when we arrived . Dust on everything and floors where so dirty . Everything else was nice just wish it was cleanser.

Great location, disgustingly filthy

The location was spectacular. I wish I could say the same for the cleanliness of the unit. I was absolutely astounded at the amount of dust/dirt on every surface. The ceiling fan in each room had a layer of dust at least 1/4 inch thick. The glass surfaces of the tables in the living room and in the bedrooms were all completely dust covered. The sliding door to the balcony was smudged with hand prints. There were food and blood (yes, blood) stains on the bed skirts in the bedrooms. The pots and pans in the cabinets were still caked with food. Lastly, I reached behind a dresser to plug my phone in only to see pieces of garbage behind and under the unit. Again, the location was great but I really hope a deep cleaning is in the works before someone else is subject to such filth.

Reviewer Comments: Positives: easy to book, easy check in/key less entry and parking, spacious condo, nice linens and furnishings, decent kitchen amenities and some extras like tupperware, coffee filters, garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs. Great location, small and secure building, clean/warm/maintained pool. Negatives: the cleaning staff are not doing their jobs - they are doing the bare minimum and this place needs a deep clean. The balcony has a black algae that sticks to your shoes/feet and is being tracked all over the floors. I scrubbed the floors myself with crystals from a dish tab and wipes and the water was black. The master bath had loads of grey hair in the drain, slime on the shower door frame and hard water stains all over. The toilet has mold all along the rim. The kitchen cupboard door handles are sticky and the cupboards need a good scrub. The queen bedroom night stand had a used flosser and pieces of chocolate all over it. Both shower heads have a lot of build up. The coffee machine is not working well. The furniture on the balcony is old and not comfortable. I am rating the property manager as unprofessional because they did nothing to help our friends in 101 had a horrible experience and nothing was done.

Florida beach stay

The property is run down and dirty the view and area are great. I have rented many places and this one was one of the most run down properties I have rented. The last day check out was 10 am and the cleaners walk in at 9:15 am 4 of them it was very uncomfortable I left immediately however, I didn’t like it especially when the place was filthy when I arrived.

Not happy!!

The condo was nice, but not clean. Shower in guest bath had not been cleaned. Broken lamp in bedroom, one out of three in that room worked. We were given 4 towels for 6 adults for the week. We checked in on Sat, called left message at Resort Rentals and left text message. An on call man brought us 4 more towels, Sunday, but we were never contacted by Resort Rentals to address our concerns. We called them on Friday and they had no explanation to why they had not followed up on communication. Upon checking out we realized our keyless door had not been working, door was not locking when it closed. Not pleased with this rental.

Price of rental has significant increase from previous years without any increase in amenities , cleanliness or maintenance. After staying in same condo for several years we decided not to reserve again.

Overall it was good rental, few items can be addressed, patio door is sticking and need to be fixed, it slides of rails and it's really hard to open or close. Bed in master bedroom squicks every time I moved around the bed, no washer and dryer, other than that it was good experience.

Reviewer Comments: First time staying with Resort Rentals, second time staying at Emerald Isle. The reservation site does not clearly state coin op laundry, so a fair warning to anyone who is going to stay longer than a week. We stayed for 5 weeks, so 2nd floor laundry (small washer) was a pain in the rear with a kid and two aging parents. This appears to be a thing with Resort Rentals only, as JC Resorts (Emerald Isle's other approved rental agency) has in-unit laundry. I assumed that when the features stated washer/dryer on the Unit 103 on the RR site, that it meant in-room as it should say coin-operated if not. This was the biggest disappointment of all. The unit itself is in great shape with minor issues that RR staff remediated quickly. The carpet is new which is good to have when staying on the beach. The dishwasher kept breaking but RR staff said they would switch it out to a new one after we left. There were bugs (expected) so we bought bug spray and it helped. The cleaning company needs some coaching as the dishwasher was broken with dirty dishes inside and it had not been opened for while when we arrived and tried to use it for the first time. The cushions on the couch had not been moved and cleaned in between as there was food and sand and stained couch pillows. The pool heater broke half-way through our stay so for the 35 days we were there, my kid could only swim about half the time. While this sounds like a rotten review, it is not meant to be... just some tips for a better stay. Having lived on this beach, this is one of the nicest buildings to stay in which is why we return.
