  • Als u op zoek bent naar een prachtig bijgewerkte, gezellige strand appartement - zoek niet verder want u hebt het gevonden !! Een elegant FL-interieur stroomt door dit ruime appartement en je bent er zeker van je je meteen thuis te voelen vanaf het moment dat je binnenloopt. Deze 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers appartement heeft alle nieuwe vloeren, bijgewerkte meubels en nieuwe apparatuur, granieten werkbladen, bijgewerkte badkamers, een eigen balkon met direct uitzicht op de Golf en is volledig gevuld met alles wat je nodig hebt om de beste strandvakantie van je leven te hebben ! Als je eenmaal in deze mooie eenheid bent gebleven, wil je misschien niet meer weggaan !!! Dit apparaat heeft geen telefoon. LET OP: dit is een niet-roken woning, met uitzondering van 2 aangewezen rookruimtes buiten.

    The Emerald Isle is een direct gebouw aan het strand van North Redington Beach. Dit gebouw heeft optionele appartementen met 2 of 3 slaapkamers, die allemaal vanaf hun eigen balkon een direct uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico hebben. U vindt John's Pass Village ongeveer 4 mijl naar het zuiden, dat is gevuld met winkels, restaurants, wateractiviteiten en entertainment voor iedereen. Heb je zin om op een paar achtbanen te rijden terwijl je in de stad bent? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts een uur rijden of raak de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando in ongeveer 2 uur. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometerslange stranden zijn maar een paar redenen om onze Pinellas County stranden te bezoeken !!! North Redington Beach is een schilderachtig strandstadje dat op slechts een korte rit buiten St Petersburg ligt; een stad vol met musea, kunstgalerijen, restaurants en winkels. Mooie uitgestrekte strand, geweldige plekken om te vissen en alles wat je nodig hebt vlak in de buurt maakt de Emerald Isle een geweldige vakantie keuze!

Everything was great, from the accommodations to the weather. We were teased by the beautiful pool that looked ready to go but we weren’t able to take advantage of yet. When the repairs are complete on the hurricane damage, it will be perfect!

Overall our stay was great. The condo was nice and gave us plenty of room. The outside could use some upgrades and the gates getting to the pool and beach. The pool was nice, and loved that it was right by the beach! Short drive on Gulf Blvd to John's pass and other places to eat and have fun!

Great location

Kitchen well equipped. Nice view with the exception of the building next-door (which you have no control over). I saw in another review that the couch smells. I couldn't agree more. We couldn't even sit on it. Other then that we enjoyed our stay and this location.

Overall great, but some small improvements would make it amazing

Overall the stay was good. The kitchen was not as equipped as I would have liked. It also would have been great to have more towels and dish towels. It would have been nice to have a vacuum, as the broom that was provided was useless for sweeping up sand. The TVs in the bedroom would not connect to the wifi and I had to use my personal hotspot to watch netflix. The TV service in the main living space only worked sporadically.

We have stayed in that area in the past, love it. I don’t remember ever reading anything about a physical key to get into lobby/stair/elevator area. As well as pool and beach access. Very inconvenient. Everyone we talked to that stayed there agreed. I like the idea of being secure but people literally left the gates open sometimes so others didn’t have to dig for their keys. Get with the times and add numerical access codes like the condo room itself. I would consider myself pretty particular when it comes to cleanliness. I used my purchased antibacterial wipes to wipe down everything upon arrival. Under the beds and window sills and floor boards were covered in dust bunnies. But other than that place seemed clean. The blankets and extra bedding folded in closets did not smell like clean laundry but didn’t smell bad either. Couch smelled gross per my child. We covered it in sheets. Water pressure was wonderful. Carpet in hallways need to go. Decor was beautiful. Bed was uncomfortable. Back room with twin beds was always hot so the kids always slept with us. We couldn’t figure out bedroom TVs. And I feel like I’m pretty tech savvy. We did get shows in living room. No curtain in front of sliding balcony door. Which would’ve have been nice for privacy but also keeping the condo cool. We honestly enjoyed our stay. I would stay there again. I’m just trying to be very honest so sorry if this sounds brutal! I just wanted to include the negatives.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely location, beautiful, well kept beach with easy access. Building elevator worked every time! Unit clean and well stocked with cooking equipment (except for wine glasses 🫤) we appreciated not needing so many keys with the new combination locks on units! Specifically Unit 104 needs a hand towel rack repair and sliding doors to balcony need blinds/privacy shade or something as it is fully visible from the beach,,especially at night! Had a great stay!

The furniture is stained and dirty. 4. The twin beds were full of sand. 5. The elevator was iffy at best. It kept halting. 6. The gates were never locked. We didn't even need to use the key. 7. The kitchen was fully equipped (i.e., pot holders, pots)8. The condo always smelled like hot cabbage. 9. The comforter was stained and there were extra pillows, but no extra linens for the pillows. 10. There was a turd in the toilet upon arrival. The "seal" they used to clean the toilets were both broken. All in all, disappointed. The only good thing was the location.

We had a a great stay. Location is perfect, beachfront. Beds confortable. Nothing is missing in the kitchen. The unit is a bit old. The windows are stained , the walls need some paint. The bathrooms are used. But this is ok. It is very comfortable. The only bug is the bugs. The one that are crawling in Florida. They are in the kitchen mainly and in the bedrooms. If the controls pest was up to date this would not be a problem. You got to bring beach towels. We got there middle of April. The pool and the sea are warm enough to swim. The Mexican restaurant in front is fun. We rented beach chairs for the week. It is not far from Clearwater and St Petersburg Beach. If it was not for the bugsssss, it would be perfect. It really affects the quality of the place. I would suggest a closed garbage container and a good bug spray. Enjoy!

It's Good to be Gulf-Front!

We did have a few cockroaches in the condo which is somewhat expected in Florida.There are a couple of gentlemen that police Emerald Isles pretty seriously. They made our family uncomfortable at times. When we were unloading our car, they thought we were talking too long. When one of the kids didn't rinse their feet well enough before getting into the pool, they were scolded. We were on the first floor and would pass our beach chairs down from the balcony, this was also a no-no. They were caught taking pictures of guests which seemed inappropriate.

We enjoyed the rental unit. Beach and pool are awesome. Everything was updated, but the bathrooms. Unit was pretty clean. But, a few issues really annoyed me. First, there are not enough towels given for 4 people x 7 days. There is not enough towelette paper given for 4 people x 7 days. I am not the first person to mention both of these issues, so it’s really annoying to see the comments are ignored by the rental company. Second, the floor is impossible to keep clean because there are no mates or rugs in the place. I’m used to beach place, but this is really bad. I had to clean the floors daily. Please add some rugs in the place. If you stay here, I highly recommend bringing a wet swiffer and wipes to clean the floors with. They only provide a mop and vacuum, which do not work to clean the floors. Bonus closet with all the beach gear is plus. But, the large blue tarp and umbrellas are all broken. So, don’t drag them out to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and everything worked great. With exception, the ice maker in the fridge did not work. Please fix it. My only other issue is that I had to drive 15 min away to pick up the keys to condo. We flew in and did not rent car. So, I had to borrow a car from my parents to do this. Just seems ridiculous to not have keys available on site.

The time, thought and money that went into the updates for this condo did not go unnoticed. The two twin beds in the bedroom we’re perfect for our 10 and 8 year old, with lots of room to spare. The master suite was very spacious and I always like a vanity outside of the bathroom! The private balcony had a perfect view of the beach and all of the amenities inside of the unit were perfect. This was one of the cleanest rentals we have been to!

Very nice condo with great beach access. Condo was spacious and clean, only complaint would be the water pressure. It was so strong in the master bath you could barely stand under it, however, both bathroom faucets barely had any water coming out of them. I would also suggest, more bath towels and washcloths since it's a 2 bedroom unit. There were lots of beach stuff which was really nice. Several chairs, coolers, umbrellas, volleyball, etc.

The beach was quiet as long as you do not lay out near the condo as the public beach access is located there. The unit has been remodeled, however they should consider securing a different cleaning company. There was a used tissue by the couch, Fritos on the floor, and other guest must touch everything, as there were grimy spots on the pictures and on the closet doors. They have assigned parking spots which is nice, however a maintenance company was parked in our spot one night, so we didn’t know where to park. I called Resort Rentals answering service and asked what to do and was told this was not an emergency. We ended up parking in the loading zone and had to wait around until the crew left as I was worried that our car would be towed. I will not rent a vacation rental from Rental Resorts again due to their lack of customer service.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building location was great. The beach was quiet as long as you do not lay out near the condo as the public beach access is located there. The unit has been remodeled, however they should consider securing a different cleaning company.
