Let op: buiten schilderen zal plaatsvinden half augustus 2019 tot later september 2019. Dit is alleen buitenkant.

Dit grote appartement aan het strand is perfect opgezet voor uw perfecte strandvakantie in Florida! Woonkamer is een grote open ruimte en zeer open ruime ruimte met comfortabele bank en echt comfortabele stoel, kijk naar de oceaan, zonsondergang of gewoon ontspannen. Grote eethoek en ook geweldig voor games! Ontbijttafel ook.

Keuken is volledig uitgerust met een volledig assortiment van apparaten groot en klein. Kook alles wat je wilt, of breng het naar de restaurants aan de overkant van de straat en / of in de buurt van een supermarkt. Grills en picknicktafels zijn beneden beschikbaar voor gasten.

De grote slaapkamer met grote badkamer en inloopdouche. Loop naar het balkon vanuit de slaapkamer en geniet van het ontwaken bij de bezienswaardigheden en geluiden van de Golf van Mexico. Zo ontspannend !!!!!

De tweede slaapkamer is ingericht met twee queensize bedden en de derde slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een grote badkamer, dubbele wastafel en bad / douche combo Er is ook veel ruimte in de flat met meer dan 1450 vierkante meter aan ruimte en is een van de grootste drie slaapkamer appartementen op het strand!

Deze Condo heeft alles! In de Condo is op ware grootte nieuwe wasmachine en droger! Het is ideaal gelegen voor restaurants (aan de overkant van de straat) bars, winkels noem maar op, het is heel dichtbij. John's Pass en Boardwalk bevinden zich op slechts 1,6 km afstand.

Met twee gereserveerde parkeerplaatsen (echt belangrijk!), Enkel voor jou!

Een ander groot pluspunt dat de gasten mij hebben verteld, het is perfect gelegen op de 2e verdieping (3 verdiepingen hoger, garage is de eerste natuurlijk in strandcondos). Geweldig strand en zeezicht! Als je wilt, kun je gemakkelijk lopen de trap af, geen wacht voor lift vanaf de bovenste verdiepingen!

En natuurlijk elke avond vanaf het dek de dolfijnen en fantastische zonsondergang bekijken! Prachtig uitzicht!

Enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas condo, was spacious and very clean. Stocked with everything we needed. Washer and dryer need replaced they don't work properly and it took hours to do a load start to finish.

We loved the condo, the view was amazing ! Russ the owner was very nice and great to work with, We had a wonderful family vacation. The only think I would suggest, on the property at the pool, they should have a few umbrellas and small tables, it gets very hot out there, some coverage would definlty help.

Incredible location on the beach

This place is exactly as described! It’s wonderful. The view from the balcony is amazing to wake up to everyday and watch the sunset in the evening. So many great local restaurants right around this property! We went May18-24 and the weather was beautiful in the mid to upper 80’s everyday! This condo has everything you need for a great beach day. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, coolers and more! The kitchen also has everything needed to cook or make a pot of coffee or tea. The pool appeared shady in photos but it was also amazing, lots of sun and very few people using it! We all loved everything about this place! Will definitely be back!

Absolutely Wonderful

This is a beautiful condo, perfect for families.. Russ and TRS are wonderful hosts, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here. Only issue was parking with a large F350 vehicle but the maintenance man tried to help us out as much as possible Overall great visit.

Perfect beach location

This property is wonderful! Spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels, and the views!!! This exceeded our expectations. We had one issue with the shower not draining, and Russ was prompt about contacting the right people to get it fixed right away. We will keep this property on pur list for our next visit to Madeira Beach!

Family trip

The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed the beach front property and the Reef restaurant that was in walking distance. This condo had all we wanted and then some. One downfall is that the condo next to us was smoking which made it hard to enjoy the balcony since my son has asthma. We just went down to the beach. Other than that it was fantastic.

Perfect beach stay!

Our 3 generation family had a wonderful stay! Everything we could have wanted was included at the condo. Plenty of room for everyone without getting under each other's feet. The property goes directly onto the beach! There are chairs, towels & some toys for the beach in the condo. There are 2 parking spaces under cover (which was wonderful considering the temperatures were in the upper 80s to low 90s all week!). They were also right at the elevator! Thanks Russ, for making our stay a great one!

Our happy place.

Our family and extended family stayed here 3 years ago for my husband's 50th birthday. We enjoyed the condo, surrounding community and atmosphere so much we couldn't wait to go back. It was three years in the making and It didn't disappoint. Everyday we watched the building being cleaned, painted and maintained. The condo itself is clean and it has a wonderful view. We watched dolphins swim by every day. We would go back in a heart beat.

Excellent condo & location

This was our first trip to Madeira & we loved it!! The condo is spacious and comfortable. Love the location!! There are restaurants close by to walk to. Some nights we took a longer stroll down the beach to the Pass. The owner is very responsive. He started providing helpful information as soon as the reservation was booked. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Everything you need is supplied. Communication with the owner is excellent. Russ is the perfect host. The location on the beach is perfect. Love the chairs on the balcony overlooking the ocean. My grandson loves building castles on the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Cant wait till next year

Great stay at 206 Las Brisas! The condo smelled so clean when we arrived! We had everything we needed for the first few days including an ample supply of paper towels, toiletries and cleaning supplies. Madeira is our favorite area and we were very pleased with the condo!

Awesome stay!

Property was super clean. Beds were comfortable! Russ was fantastic to work with, we stayed right after the hurricane blew through and he gave me daily updates. The condo was very convenient for a family. Stocked well with kitchen supplies, paper towels, tp, dish soap, coffee filters, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for the kids. Very convenient location with places to eat around you so you can walk if you would like. Our family was super pleased!

Great views and location

Just had a week at this gorgeous Condo. Russ the owner was very helpful and check in was quick and easy. The Condo itself was spacious and had everything in it that you needed to enjoy yourself. The views from the condo where spectacular and the locations was brilliant plenty of restaurants and bars close by.
