Dit appartement op de bovenste verdieping ligt in het hart van Indian Rocks Beach. Het biedt een prachtig vooraanzicht van de Golf met luxe designmeubels. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere flatscreen-tv's en dvd-spelers in elke kamer, dakramen, Galaxy graniet in de keuken, bij voorkeur kabel, internettoegang en een eigen wasmachine en droger. We really enjoyed our stay here! The beach was beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, blenders, sheet pans and utensils! They also had grilling utensils! The rooms were very spacious! In the main bedroom there was a roll away bed in the closet! The secondary bedroom had 2 fans in the closet, which was great! Included with the room there was a cabana that had some boogy boards and beach chairs as well! Which was a plus because we were not expecting that! We thought everything was very clean and well maintained! The only things that we saw that were broken or not taken care of was the blinds going over the sliding doors were missing a few slates and the freezer handle was a little loose! The facilities (pool/hot tub) were very nice but the hot tub jets did not work. They were being worked on while we were there but they still sounded like they were struggling when you turned them on. There also seemed to be a lot of rules, with the HOA. One being that you couldn’t have floats in the pool, which is a bit silly. The last thing we had a little issue with was that they had to come in and spray for bugs under the sinks while we were there. Not that big of a deal but we did have a person with us who is allergic to the pesticides and when I brought that up they said it was mandatory. Overall, our visit was great and we will definitely be booking again!

We enjoyed 5 nights in the condo. It had everything we needed for cooking a couple meals. We used the balcony overlooking the beach in the early morning and late afternoon. It was nice staying right on the beach and having direct access from the condo. Communication was wonderful with the property manager, Tara.

Amazing spot!

The condo was absolutely amazing! Sitting on the porch and watching the sunsets was my favorite part! The convenient access to the beach and local shops and restaurants was perfection. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with my kids in the afternoon and evening. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Only complaint is that we couldn’t get into the cabana because the key wouldn’t work. We never contacted the host though because we didn’t feel a huge need to access it during the trip.

The unit is spacious, beach is beautiful, lots of bar/restaurants nearby.It could use a bit of updating, more lighting and beach gear such as chairs, umbrella, etc. It seemed like there used to be beach gear, but perhaps it was damaged in the hurricanes. Should be easy to replace though.

Snow Escape

We met friends from a different state for 2 weeks at IBR. We were a little worried because of the hurricanes. Everything we needed was up and running. Some of the restaurants and 1st floor condos are still closed. Parts of Fort DeSota and Honeymoon Island were still closed from damage. The condo was perfect. Location and views of the Gulf were perfect for us. The bay across the street had a dock my husband fished from. He caught some sea bass that we had for dinner one night. The weather was a little cooler than we had hoped but the whole USA was cold our first week.

Very nice condo. Found it just like the pictures; beautiful views of sunsets. Would suggest couple of folding chairs in closet to use around the table for eating and games. One chair on lanai was broke, still usable but uncomfortable. Mangement company said we did not have access to the pool or storage closet; but the pool and hottub were open with temporary fence. Disappointed we did not have a key to access the beach chairs. Most places open and recoving from the last hurricane.

Great location but needs a deep clean

Situated in a prime location with easy access to bars and restaurants, the condo offers a mix of convenience and relaxation. While my stay was marked by enjoyable moments, there were some notable issues that detracted from the overall experience. First and foremost, the condo's location deserves praise. It's conveniently close to everything IRB has to offer, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Additionally, the presence of a pool and hot tub added a touch of luxury to my stay. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a welcome respite after a day of sightseeing. However, despite these positives, I couldn't overlook the issue of cleanliness, particularly the dustiness of the condo. Upon arrival, I noticed a significant amount of dust on various surfaces, including hanging pictures, furniture, and vents. While this didn't ruin my stay, it was disappointing and made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning routine. Despite this drawback, the condo itself was comfortable and well-appointed. The living space was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for preparing meals, and the balcony offered a pleasant spot to enjoy the views. In terms of service, the staff were friendly and responsive to any inquiries or concerns I had during my stay. However, I hope that they address the cleanliness issue to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future guests.

Beachfront living

Lovely large condo which is acurately shown in the photos. Conveniently located for dining and shopping and road access to St. Petersburg or Tampa. We would stay here again. The parking and elevator were a huge plus.

Spacious condo

This condo was very spacious. The bedrooms and baths were down the hall from the living area (rather than right next to it) which was a nice separation for anyone who wanted a little down time away from the rest of the group. Clean and comfortable, walking distance to many great restaurants and a few shops. Trolley stop right in front of building. The beach and pool were never very crowded despite full occupancy in the building. This was a place we’d definitely like to return to.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had all of the amenities we needed. The location was great; walking distance to a variety of restaurants and right on the beach (can't beat that!). The sunsets were amazing!

Just want you to know that there was a problem with the freezer not making ice, I contacted Vacasa 1 month ago and they said they would have someone to take care of it. Nothing has been done and they don’t contact me to let me know what is going on. Now the dryer is making black marks on our clothes. Contacted Vacasa again! Not happy with them. Just wanted you to know Vacasa is not doing their job!

Nice Condo with Great Location

Overall the condo was clean, nice furniture inside & out, great location. I would recommend the condo based on floor plan and access to nearby restaurants. Kitchen could have used some newer cookware and few other misc. items. Balcony was furnished and direct view right on the beach.

Wow

Can’t beat the view you get from this condo! The location was great for restaurants and the beach was an elevator ride away! Kitchen iwas well equipped for our needs. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels available plus a washer/dryer. Truly was a lovely place for our winter getaway.
