Onlangs gerenoveerd 2/2 gelegen aan de golf van Madeira Beach, FL direct tegenover John's pass promenade met winkels, restaurants en bars.

Condo beschikt over een kingsize bed in de master en twee GLOEDNIEUWE bedden van KONINGIN-formaat in de kamer.

Ons 2e verhaal uitzicht vanaf het balkon is van de baai. Het is toegankelijk vanuit de familiekamer, evenals een eigen toegang vanuit de slaapkamer. Het heeft een geweldig uitzicht op de John's Pass-brug en het havengebied.

Keuken werd een paar jaar geleden volledig gerenoveerd. In augustus 2019 hebben we gloednieuwe apparaten in de keuken geïnstalleerd! We hebben NIEUWE flatscreens toegevoegd in alle kamers: Family Room, Master Bedroom & 2nd Bedroom. Er is een dvd in de familiekamer en gratis WiFi in het hele appartement, evenals in het zwembad. In augustus 2018 hebben we een dekventilator op de veranda geïnstalleerd voor extra luchtcirculatie en comfort op het balkon.

Verwarmd zwembad direct naast het strand gelegen. Gebied is onlangs vernieuwd en ziet er geweldig uit!

Het is een geweldig appartement en boeken snel. Beach & John's Pass-winkels op slechts een steenworp afstand!

Boeken SNEL en ruim van tevoren, dus zorg ervoor dat u * contact opneemt met Todd of Cheryl en uw reservering ontvangt!

Vraag ook naar onze VRBO-site of stuur ons een e-mail voor een link naar een virtuele rondleiding door onze mooie unit.
LET OP: van januari tot april geven we er de voorkeur aan dit apparaat minimaal 7 dagen te huren en extra kortingen te geven op 14-daagse of een maand + stappen. Informeer alstublieft!

Amazing location

This condo was absolutely the best location! We loved the close proximity to the beach and heated pool. Having a room with two queen beds was perfect for our family. The listing said it had ceiling fans and there weren’t. There was a fan in the master closet. The couch seemed new and that was a happy surprise.

Value is there

My husband had to keep reminding me that for the value the place was good. Beds were super soft!!! Sheets did not fit over mattress and topper! No fans so no air movement. We could hear the condo above us moving furniture continuously. The traffic from the bridge is really loud! Only 6 forks so we had to keep washing them. Very little glass wear. Not enough lighting in the living room to read at night, made you fall asleep so dark! Nightstand had crumbs on it when we got there. The pictures did not match the place for example, coffee pot different, couch different. Porch furniture needs to be replaced. The whole place needs to be painted. Do love the location! Size was great!

Location, location, location!

We came here for a birthday trip and had a fantastic time. The location of the condo is amazing. You can walk to everything… Restaurants, bars, activities, boating, fishing, etc. Miles and miles of beautiful, white sand beaches! And the water is sooo warm on the gulf. The condo was wonderful! Clean and well stocked. It even had beach chairs.

Great new experience!

This is the first time we visited Madeira Beach after quite a few years of going to Clearwater. It also was the first time we stayed in a condo rather than a hotel. It is a great location. Close to fishing, close to the water for getting some sun in and for exercise. And the condo was clean and spacious, and the owners paid great attention to detail for anything that we would need there. We will stay here again.

Nice condo

The condo was perfect and the location was great to the beach and Johns Pass. The only downfall was it is VERY noisy especially at night from the King bedroom due to the traffic racing across the bridge. If you are used to city traffic you would be fine but being from the country it definitely kept me awake. Condo was very clean and nice!

Nicely Renovated Beach Condo

The condo was nicely renovated, beds were very comfortable and the property was right on the beach. The host was very responsive to the few minor issues. The only negative for me was the loud noise from the drivers as the building is very close to the overpass and a lot of people were revving their cars and making noise throughout the night. But I guess that comes with being close to the beach. Overall, a very nice stay.

We had a business trip to Tampa and added Beach Place before we needed to go to Tampa. We love John’s Pass. This is a perfect place and so glad to know that we can book for a few nights instead of a whole week.

Thanksgiving on the Beach

Condo was great, beds were great, location is close to everything and you could walk right under the bridge to St. John’s Pass or the opposite way to the beautiful beach. Did not use the pool. This is not like a hotel, no shampoos, soaps or anything. Kitchen has pans, plates, glass & utensils but no paper towels, or any food staples like salt or pepper. If you are going to cook you need absolutely every ingredient from the grocery store to prepare a meal. The condo is great, the general property it is in is just so, so…kind of old and wore out, lots of noise at night with kids and loud cars at the public beach parking lot next door getting chased off by police. Nothing threatening, just annoying, had to keep balcony closed at night to help block the loud mufflers and engine revving/screeching tires. Overall it was great (minus the noisy cars/kids.)

People at Check -In were rude and very unaccomadating

Pictures on website do not accurately reflect the property or the unit. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and we left a day early. Pool was closed 1 entire day. Unit was hot. Towels were paper thin. Ice Maker did not work - only 2 ice trays - Heard traffic all night with loud trucks. Very disappointed and will not go back or recommend. The only positive was the location being right accross from Johns Pass Village.

Great Girls Getaway

The property was wonderful, clean and a great location. Took a shuttle to the condo and could walk or use the trolley to explore! The owners were great and reached out a couple of times. When the property management office was finally open, the office folks were very pleasant. We were able to make arrangements for a late check in for Saturday. But the office wasn’t open until Monday. The condo was perfect, pool and beach were clean! We had a great and relaxing trip!
