Historisch huis / Apt ...

Het gehele privéappartement (1.200 m²) boven dit historische huis in Tarpon Springs Fl. is van jou om te genieten. Gelegen op enkele minuten van enkele van de mooiste stranden van het land. Loop naar ons beroemde Griekse dorp en proef enkele van 's werelds beste visgerechten en de Griekse keuken. Dit huis ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van Spring Bayou, waar u de zeekoeien in het water kunt zien dartelen. Een korte wandeling brengt u ook naar onze antieke wijk of naar het Griekse dorp waar u naar hartelust kunt winkelen of eten. Dit appartement huis is gelegen in een rustige omgeving en bestaat uit twee slaapkamers, een woonkamer, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een bad, een groot prive-dek om te zonnebaden. Er is een eigen ingang naar de tweede verdieping. Er zijn trappen om toegang te krijgen tot het appartement, zodat mensen met een handicap moeite hebben met navigeren. Een slaapkamer heeft een comfortabel queensize bed en de andere heeft een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed. We kunnen een opblaasbed leveren als u extra slaapruimte nodig heeft voor uw gezin. Nabijgelegen attracties zijn Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Ray's honkbal, Buckeneer Football, twee uur rijden naar Disney en alle attracties van Orlando. Very nice location, well kept. Off street parking. Upstairs apartment neat, clean, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the literature that was available to learn about the area. We were able to walk a few blocks to the downtown area. Too far of a walk for us to the Sponge Docks, but only a few minutes drive.

Golf at Innisbrook

I was there to play in a USamTour golf tournament at innisbrook resort. The apartment was a perfect place to spend. The two days. Clean, comfortable and convenient-just a 10 minute drive to the golf course. I enjoyed the comfortable apartment and peaceful location.

Location was great, everything else was disappointing! First, it says separated private entrance, which the unexpected male painter surprised us using! We were two mature female friends celebrating our birthdays, and in walks a man that we were not expecting! He was there the rest of our stay every morning until 4 pm!It was hot in the apartment because there are only two window units in the bedrooms. The kitchen was so hot, no way we would cook in there! Living room was only tolerable at night after running the window units all day with the blinds shut! Kitchen door has a 1/2 inch crack in top of door, which let roaches in! The freezer does not work and could not make ice! The only nice thing was the location.

Lovely home, excellent location!

You can't go wrong with this place! It's clean, comfortable, has a great patio, and the hosts are great communicators! It's location is such that you can walk many places and ride bikes. Loved that the park was a block away too!

Good Place

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The hosts were kind and accessible when I had a small problem. The place was centrally located for anyone wanting to see the Tarpon Springs area. I would really love to come back in the fall or winter when the patio/deck area could actually be used. Unfortunately in late July it was much too hot. All in all a nice place for a get away.

Great Location

My wife and 17 year old daughter stayed 2 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. We took the opportunity to eat Greek food the whole time while in Tarpon Springs, visited the Historic Museum (one block away) and generally relax after a few days on the road. The property is located right in the historic district and that was nice for walking around while viewing the various types of architecture. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We'd definitely recommend it.

Perfect little place for a getaway

We loved the quiet location, amenities, cleanliness and HUGE rooftop deck. Super easy walk to Spring Bayou, Tarpon Ave, or the Sponge Docks... Owners are beyond accomodating and make everything so easy. We will absolutely stay here again.

Lovely Apartment in the middle of everything.

My husband and I really enjoyed out stay at this property. Clean & updated, loaded with everything we needed to be comfortable. Close to downtown and the owners made sure we could find plenty to do while there. Neighborhood was quiet and the rooftop porch was beautiful in the evening. We would visit again!

Short stay in Tarpon Springs

What a beautiful apartment in Tarpon Springs. It is so conveniently located, that we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. The apartment is immaculately clean and very well equipped with everything possible you could need. Sitting on the roof terrace in the morning with a cup of tea and enjoying the peace and quiet is a treat. Would love to come back and would recommend to anyone. The hosts John and Linda respond quickly to any messages and are extremely kind- even allowing us a later check out as there were no guests due to arrive that day.

What a Greek time!

The property was just as described in a quiet neighborhood great for walking to two coffee shops and several gift stores. We enjoyed the Sponge docks, Greek restaurants and Howard Park for sunset. We would like to visit again!

Great Location to Lake

My friends and I were in Tarpon Springs for an OC camp. This house was a perfect location to the lake's boat launch site. Owner John was friendly, communicative and very responsive to questions asked. Amenities were basic and fulfilled all our needs.
