The property is quaint and newly upgraded. The room was very clean and the staff was very accessible through texts. You only have to walk 500 feet down a deadend road to get to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

We’ve stayed at Cabana at least a dozen times over the past 5 years & based on our experience today we know this will be our last. No one in the office - you have to call a number that just rings. The room we booked is called a Cabana Suite. The bed is super hard & the toilet is 3 inches from the shower so your feet are in the shower while using it. The sink is smaller than anything you’d find in a cheap camper. The room is dirty & paint is peeling everywhere. Came back from dinner & there were zero parking spots on Somerset. We parked along Mandalay & attempted to pay for parking & of course it’s not working & says we have to pay at 6am. So we have to wake up at 5:45am just to pay for parking which is above & beyond what we have already paid for our stay.

Hello we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay! We are just in the office during the day but only a phone call away! We also would of been happy to pay for your parking as we know parking can be tight! We also have much larger suites at our Vacation rentals! Safe travels!

Was a quick booking. Arrived early and although no manager on site…was able to contact via text and allow us in our room early. Nice pool and sitting area. Rooms are clean and nicely supplied. Will book again in the future.

Propery was clean and staff was wonderful. The Hotel offers free parking but does not tell you where to park. We parked right in front of the hotel and came out the next morning to a parking ticket for $20 with a $3 fee to pay on line. I called the Hotel and they said you have to park on the side street with no apology.

This was a terrible experience. We were told to go to the front desk to get a parking pass. The lobby was locked at 4;00 pm (our check in time) so I called the number on the door. We were told that IF there was any parking passes left they would be in the metal mailbox. There was none. You better have a small to midsize car or SUV to park on Somerset! Our truck didn't fit. The room was Very tiny. I laughed at the sink in the bathroom because it was so tiny. The room was clean for the most part. The paint on the ceiling was peeling and the boards on the walkway outside felt like they were going to give way. The price we paid for this place was absolutely ridiculous! It is not worth it. I would not recommend this property.

This is a very tiny hotel room. Just a good location to the beach. The price was steep. We stayed at 2 other hotels on this business trip and this one was the least enjoyable. Probably won’t stay here ever again but it just was like a motel six closet size room. The bed was comfortable and it was clean though

Complete smoke and mirrors, pictures are not what the rooms look like and what comes in them. Worse experience ever. There isn’t an office you can go to just a phone for someone who doesn’t answer and then texts you asking what you want. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever.

Likes: Close to the beach. Dislikes: Not walkable, Quite the walk to restaurants and didn't feel like the safest area to walk back to at night, low lighting on streets, ran down areas you had to walk by, including a couple shady looking bars.Hotel pool was cloudy and did not look clean, didn't want to get in it due to how the water looked. Big cockroaches where seen multiple times in the outside sitting area's when I was trying to relax. Parking is a limited and NOT guaranteed. The room had a mini fridge (like a little square one) sitting on the floor, making it very hard to access that low and when i opened the door underneath it was grossly dirty and looked like something had leaked out of the fridge but not cleaned up. No microwave in the room. Front office people not very friendly, i went in twice to ask questions and both times felt like they were being bothered by my presence and questions. While it looks very cute in the pictures I would not stay here again.

Bed was comfortable but room was very small. More hooks are needed in the bathroom for hanging towels. They could use a line for hanging bathing suits in the shower. I prefer to have my room cleaned daily. Pool was small and pool lounge chairs too low to the ground.

Very clean and the staff are excellent!!! Easy walking for dining and shopping. It's on the quite end of Mandalay which was nice. The parking is not desirable as very few parking spots, we figured out quickly to leave car parked and walk everywhere. The bathroom was very very small not desirable at all. Other then bathroom and parking the place is a great place to stay. Will definitely stay there again.

The room had little power points no place to charge a phone from a usb . The bathroom was very small was tiny smaller than on a cruise ship. The air-conditioning was so noisy luck it had a fan in the ceiling. Car parking is not the best you can get a pass to park in the street in front of hotel if there are spaces. The area where the hotel is not the best part of Clearwater. The pool area is very small not the nicest.

The room was clean. That's top for me. Very quiet area. Super close to the beach. Its a bit of a walk to Peir 60, but not too bad. I like that beach towels are provided and some people leave beach chairs and umbrellas that are free for use. I have a couple thimgs to be critical about...The rooms are very small. No chairs in the rooms so you have to sit on the bed. The bathroom is SMALL! Like, can't bend over to wash your feet in the shower small. Like, sit on the toilet with your feet on the wdge of the shower small. But at least it's clean. And I wish there was a coffee pot in the room. Coffee is.provided in the pool area however. The pool and pool chairs could use a good scrub. I do think the rooms were overpriced for what was provided.

There were no chairs in the room. There were no drinking cups in the room. The AC unit was extremely loud to the point of disrupting sleep. Walls are very thin allowing you to hear adjacent room conversations.

I liked the price, location and overall design and decor of the property. It was clean and quiet. It’s at the end of all the hustle and bustle yet still walkable to shops and restaurants. Super close to the beach. The checkin process was very simple. Pool area super cute. The only drawbacks I thought were the bed was only a full size. The room could fit a queen size I’d think. It was very uncomfortable. The pillows could have been better as well. I wished there was a coffee pot in room as well. I didn’t care for coffee served by pool area. The only other thing was I thought that the a/c was super loud. Overall I did like the place. It was perfect for what we needed.

Room was much smaller than I anticipated. Bathroom was tiny with nowhere to put any toiletries. Bedroom had a nice king size bed and a dresser but nowhere to sit. Small kitchenette was good. Outside pool area was the saving grace. We ate meals and relaxed in this area. Room was clean but outside trash cans were overflowing. Coffee ran out most mornings by 8:30 even though it was supposed to be available until 10:00. We requested a coffee maker in the room but it wasn’t provided. We liked the smaller property in the quieter part of Clearwater Beach but would not return.

The hotel was quiet and clean. When I had a question about parking, the staff was quick to answer (by text), and the room was very comfortable. Only drawback was lack of outlets - could have used one more outside bathroom. Overall, a very positive experience for my first time visiting Clearwater Beach and the Hotel Cabana.
