Immaculate Upscale Classy - net gerenoveerd Direct Gulf Front 2BR / BA Paradise

Onze ruime 1050 sq ft. Appartement was net volledig gerenoveerd. Het appartement heeft 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers condo direct golf front (geen hoeken of belemmeringen met uitzondering van de prachtige palmbomen). De uitgebreide balkon direct buiten de slaapkamer en woonkamer biedt een schilderachtig uitzicht op de Golf. Ons appartement is gelegen net ten zuiden van Clearwater Beach. Indian Rocks Beach is regelmatig gereinigd tot in de perfectie.

De master bedroom heeft een gloednieuwe kingsize bed met een aangrenzende badkamer. Er is voldoende opbergruimte in de gebouwde in Californië kasten en wandsysteem om uw bagage uit te pakken. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een gloednieuwe queen bed met een grote verzonken kast met een tv. De keuken heeft een ongerepte kwarts aanrechtblad en alle nieuwe roestvrij stalen apparaten. de kasten zijn zelfsluitend. Zowel van de badkamers zijn mooi betegeld. De vloeren zijn Italiaanse porseleinen plank tegels die er uitzien als distressed hout. Er zijn gloednieuw HE front load wasmachine en droger in het appartement voor uw gemak. Een must faciliteiten voorzien van een waterontharder en filtratie-systeem !!! Gratis high-speed draadloos internet, kabel-tv, en interlokale gesprekken, waaronder Canada. We hebben een dvd-speler, flatscreen-tv, films, boeken en spelletjes. De aangewezen parkeerplaats is gelegen naast het stappen en dicht bij de lift. De unit is op de tweede verdieping.

Gemeenschappelijke voorzieningen zijn onder andere een lift, een zwembad, en winkelwagentjes. Oyster Bar and Tap House restaurant Lulu is direct aan de overkant. Er zijn tal van restaurants op loopafstand. Island Surf Shop is 0. 3 mijl afstand voor verhuur items - fietsen, paddle-planken, kajaks, enz. Genieten van zonsondergangen op het balkon, terwijl ontspannen als de dolfijnen zwemmen verleden.

De dichtstbijzijnde luchthavens zijn Tampa International (TPA) of Clearwater / St. Pete (PIE). Disney en Legoland zijn 90 minuten afstand.

Patricia was an excellent hostess, very easy to talk to and very easy to communicate with in a timely manner. Her place is absolutely gorgeous, clean and fully stocked with anything you need at the beach, to cook, and clean. No need to take beach towels, beach, chairs, umbrella, coolers. The cabinets were stocked with spices, oil,trash bags, and laundry detergent. We are definitely going back to stay there again. Everything is within walking distance. You don’t even have to get in your car to go anywhere.

Indian Rock’s Treasure

Patricia’s condo is absolutely gorgeous with the most breathtaking views. Close proximity to restaurants, beaches, drug store, grocery stores, etc. There is every accommodation you could possibly need. She has truly thought of everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable. It is just steps to the beach which was wonderful because my 88 year old dad was able to be on the beach with us. 😊 Her condo is updated with very beautiful and comfortable furnishings. I am a clean freak and I could not believe how sparkling clean everything was. The moment you walk in you feel at home. She was wonderful to deal with and provided excellent instructions about things in the condo, expectations and condo rules. No question she thought of everything. This is a beautiful property, and it is very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our stay until red tide kept us out of the water and off of the beach. Our stay was wonderful, except for that unfortunate occurrence. Sadly, it affected most of week two of our stay.

Such A Great Condo!

This is such great condo! My wife and I have stayed at many VRBO properties as well as hotels around the country. This may very well be the best of all. The condo is very clean and incredibly well equipped. It doesn't lack for anything. And the view of the beach and gulf of mexico cannot be beat!

This condo is amazing!! Absolutely loved it. It is well stocked with everything you will need. Of course, you will have to buy food!! It is close to amazing restaurants! Second Stay Was As Good As First

My husband and I stayed at this property back in September of 2016 and it has always been unavailable every time we have come down since, so I was thrilled to be able to stay here first half of December when we needed a place . The unit was/is clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with items you would need to cook, clean or whatever and for whatever age you are! I look forward to being able to spend more time on beach next time ( we were busy most of time doing other things needing to be done ) because IRB and the beaches to the north are the best ! Walked them for miles and miles and years and years ....found many interesting items again along water to add to my 'found objects' bowl here again too. Patricia told us about some sand castles down the beach so we checked them out and she communicated with me about other subjects which was very helpful. I look forward to doing this again and spending more time relaxing:) Thanks Patricia!

This place is gorgeous!

Great condo in a good location. You can tell that the owner's have recently remodeled this condo. It's beautiful inside. They have thought of everything--beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach bags, etc. The only drawback is the traffic. It is loud, especially on a Friday and Saturday nights. Everything and more!

We arrived to find the condo clean, ready and welcoming for our vacation in IRB. This is the seventh condo we’ve rented in Florida and by far, the most completely supplied with every item imaginable. The furniture was very comfortable, the balcony spacious and the condo complex well maintained. The only issue for us was finding a good way to enter the parking lot from Gulf Blvd, since the entrance is on a busy intersection. Patricia was very responsive to our questions and accommodating to our needs. We plan to return in the future!!
