Dit prachtige zuidhoek appartement aan het strand heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het strand en de Golf van Mexico, evenals het zwembad vanaf het dubbele formaat, prive balkon !! Rijen met ramen openen de ruimte naar een uitgestrekt zicht op het strand vanuit de woonkamer, de eetkamer en de keuken. Dit appartement was volledig gerenoveerd en heeft een mooie open keuken. Gratis wifi. Land's End is een gated community in de populaire Sunset Beach-wijk. Gebouw # 10 bevindt zich direct naast het grote zwembad en de jacuzzi ter plaatse.

Land’s End bevindt zich op Treasure Island aan het einde van een schiereiland en aan drie kanten omgeven door water; de Intracoastal Waterway in het oosten, een pas naar het zuiden en de Golf van Mexico in het westen. Deze community is vol met voorzieningen om iedereen bezig te houden! Groot, verwarmd zwembad, 2 bubbelbaden, volleybalveld op zand, tennis- en pickleballbanen, houtskoolgrill en gazebo voor uw diner buiten, promenade die rond de gemeenschap klautert voor uw ochtendgymnastiek, shuffleboard, directe toegang tot het strand, alles binnen dit prachtig aangelegde gemeenschap. Deze accommodatie ligt op ongeveer 5 km ten zuiden van John's Pass Village op het strand van Madeira, dat vol is met winkels, restaurants, wateractiviteiten en entertainment voor iedereen. Heb je zin om op een paar achtbanen te rijden terwijl je in de stad bent? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts 45 minuten rijden, of raak de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando binnen 2 uur. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometerslange stranden zijn maar een paar redenen om onze Pinellas County-stranden te bezoeken !!! Omdat het een gated community aan het einde van de weg is, zal Land's End je echt toestaan om een stapje weg te zijn van de drukte en om de broodnodige R & R te krijgen en toch dicht bij alles te blijven wat je nodig hebt om dit een perfecte vakantiebestemming te maken.

Exceptional condo in every way!

This condo is spacious, well kept and has a fantastic view of the ocean. The property manager is excellent and we really appreciate the on-site security on property. This is our second time at this property and we will not stay anywhere else.

This is a spacious and bright apartment in a great location. Lands end is a quiet and well maintained development. Beautiful beach for shelling. The apartment was large and very clean. We appreciated the tile floors. The mirrors on all the wallls allow you to see the ocean from every angle. Very Comfortable furniture and good storage to unpack. The rental agency was helpful and when the blinds broke had someone there within a few hours to do the repair. Kitchen could use a few more cooking pots but again the agency did promptly bring another pot over when we asked. Still needs a few more as well as some more plastic cups and plates for small kids. We would happily stay here again!

Great experience with rental co but I won't rent this unit again

Reviewer Comments: Rental company was VERY helpful and responsive. #1 reason I would not rent this particular unit again is due to noise in unit above. One morning, the upstairs neighbors were marching around 4am-6am. Very loud. TOO loud. Also- the pool was fairly cold even though I was told it would be heated. Other things I alerted the rental company to- back sliding door was open when I arrived. Latch does not work well. One of the cabinet doors under the sink will not stay on hinges. Needs to be fixed. Owner may want to leave out instructions for TV remotes. Very difficult to use. A lot of the dishes, silver wear, glasses are spotty and many didn't look clean. Master bedroom was musty. Front door deadbolt did not work well. Both folding chairs on back porch could be cleaned up and knobs fixed on one of the chairs. Other than the dishes/silverwear, the unit was very clean when I arrived.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit at the end of July and the unit was clean and ready for us at check-in. The management staff was prepared for us and had all the paperwork and keys ready when we stopped by to pick up the keys. This unit will comfortably sleep 4 with the bedding and a couple of kids could sleep on the sectional couch. The unit was well equipped with pretty much any cooking gadget you will need as we made several meals during the course of our stay. It was nice also to have a couple of boogie boards, beach toys, and chairs in the unit. The management company provides starter paper products to get you going so you may want to pick up extra paper products when you stop at the store. Bath towels are provided but you will need to bring your own beach towels. Mark the gate attendant was very friendly when we interacted with him and was comforting to have someone around that you could ask questions of. The grounds of the complex were well kept up and the pool was clean and refreshing. This unit is in the center of alot attractions including boating, beaches, restaurants, water sports. I would recommend that the owner consider replacing the patio draperies as they look a bit worn from use. We hope for the opportunity to return and would rent this unit out again!

Winter Escape - Just what we needed

We had 5 teenagers and the safe environment let them roam freely. The beach is one of the best and is very private and not crowded. It is a bit of a hike to restaurants but one call to Free Beach Rides and we were wherever we needed to be.Our condo was great. Nicely upgraded and the layout was open and accommodated our large group for drinks and snacks. If booking, make sure you look at the pictures and reviews of each unit. Our friends did not have the nice layout and updates that our unit had.Check in was super fast and Resort Rentals was just a call away if we needed anything. Would head back there in a heart beat.Also, there were lots of posts about issues with the pool. We never encountered any issues with our kids being in there - everyone was very friendly.
