Dit condos lichte en heldere decor creëert de perfecte oase voor u om te genieten van het beste dat het strand te bieden heeft. Leg prachtige zonsondergangen en een spectaculair uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico vast terwijl u ontspant op uw eigen balkon. Ontspan in uw gezellige woonkamer met ruime zitplaatsen en een grote flatscreen-tv of geniet van een maaltijd in de meer dan verbazingwekkende, volledig uitgeruste keuken. Er is een wasmachine en droger voor uw gebruik. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een flatscreen-tv in de slaapkamer en draadloos internet.

Land’s End bevindt zich op Treasure Island aan het einde van een schiereiland en is aan 3 kanten omgeven door water; de Intracoastal Waterway in het oosten, een pas naar het zuiden en de Golf van Mexico in het westen. Deze community zit vol met voorzieningen om iedereen bezig te houden! Groot, verwarmd zwembad, 2 bubbelbaden, zandvolleybalveld, tennis- en pickleballbanen, houtskoolgrills en een prieel voor buiten dineren, een promenade die rond de gemeenschap loopt voor uw ochtendoefening, shuffle board, directe toegang tot het strand en alles binnen deze prachtig aangelegde gemeenschap. Land’s End ligt op ongeveer 3,5 km ten zuiden van John's Pass Village op het strand van Madeira, vol winkels, restaurants, watersportactiviteiten en amusement voor iedereen. Heb je zin in een paar achtbanen terwijl je in de stad bent? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts een uur rijden of ga binnen 2 uur naar de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (huis van de winter de dolfijn), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometerslange stranden zijn slechts enkele redenen om onze stranden in Pinellas County te bezoeken !!! Land's End is een gated community aan het einde van het eiland en stelt je echt in staat om weg te stappen van de drukte van het dagelijks leven en de broodnodige R&R te krijgen, maar je zult toch dicht bij alles zijn wat je nodig hebt om dit een perfecte vakantiebestemming.

Wonderful area, love the boardwalk walking path around the property. Saw dolphins on my walks. Enjoyed Tampa Aquarium while we were there and many great places to eat. Beautiful place with spectacular views. Perfect vacation

Nice quiet condo.

Very pleased with our condo and the property. The pool was warm and convenient in our location, and the fact it wasnt a busy area always provided plenty of space for us on the beach. The property is well protected and we felt safe at all times. The room was the perfect size for us, having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a nice ocean view from the balcony. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Absolutely wonderful place

We couldn’t be happier with the rental. Everything was as described, a few extras that were nice. Had everything we needed for our week get away from home. Definitely would recommend and plan to come back. Only suggestion I would make is a Kuerig coffee machine for those that don’t like to make full pots of coffee.

I have never provided a bad review of any hotel, restaurant or business before however due to the management company and the owner not responding nor acting to make the unit safe or habitable, this review seems necessary. The unit had a moldy washing machine, the sink drain was disconnected and the dishwasher got soapy water all over the unit and there were poisonous caterpillars in the unit for multiple days as well as the occasional cockroach.The management company took 5 days to get a plumber on site to fix the drain. The management company took 10 days to get the washing machine fixed.Ownership did not approve of repairs in a timely manner which lead to the long repair times, the property management company did not communicate or express interest in keeping us informed and in their own words "dropped the ball". We had to leave the unit prior to the end of our reservation and find somewhere else to stay. The photos of the mold are after they attempted to "clean" the mold.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a party of 2 that rented Land's End, Building 8, unit 204. The unit itself is very nicely updated - we loved the beachy colors, hardwood floors, faux(?) shiplap, and decor. Bathrooms were nicely updated as well. In general, the kitchen was well-equipped, although we noticed some utensils and cooking tools had sticky stuff or rust on them and needed to be extra cleaned. We took note there was really only one serrated knife in the entire kitchen, which presented a bit of an issue on nights where we ate in. Other knives in the unit were paring knives that had rust on them. We would suggest updating some of the silverware. In addition, the mattress on the king bed in the master bedroom is in dire need of replacement... prior to sleeping in it, we could see indents on either side of the bed where individuals slept. We sunk into these when we slept (was not very comfortable). I cannot speak to the beds in the second room - we did not use those. We did also take note that the drawers in the master bath cabinets and master bed bureau were dirty (i.e. hair, dirt, etc) in them when we opened them. As a result, we did not use any of the drawers in the master bath to store our items. A suggestion to the cleaning staff to vacuum these out in between guests. We had some large ants come in, especially in the master bedroom. However it was clear the unit had been treated for pests... these ants never made it too far into the room before dying. Overall, this was a nice unit to stay in for a relaxing week-long trip to the beach. We've been coming to Land's End for many years (have stayed in many units) and this one was one of the more nicer ones. I only wish it was on a higher floor so that we could better see the ocean!

The floors looked and felt like they had not been cleaned in a few months. Everything was very dusty. There was black slime coming out of the bathroom faucet. After reading several other reviews, it seems like resort rentals may need to hire a new cleaning crew seeing how this is a common view. The mattresses were horrible. Desperately needing replaced. The grounds were beautiful. People were nice!

Totally renovated, keyless entry, and better equipped than most. The owners have done a fantastic job! However, the cleanliness of the unit was terrible. The floors looked as if they have NEVER been mopped. If you like to go barefooted, your feet will be black after walking on these floors. There were numerous areas of dried/caked on something (?) on the floors. Dust bunnies around furniture and under the bed (I dropped something and saw this, don't usually inspect under the beds). This also happened last year with another unit. That unit was so poorly cleaned, we had housekeeping come back and do it again. I am always charged a cleaning fee, how about they earn that pay? I did speak with someone at Resort Rentals to voice my concerns after my return home. I was advised my concerns would be sent up the chain of command. The lady I spoke to also stressed I should have called to have them come re-clean the unit. Maybe I should have, but it was Memorial Day weekend, so no one would be in until Tuesday, and honestly I didn't want to deal with it. NOTE: The cleanliness review only applies to the unit. The grounds were well kept as always. Additionally, I have never had any issues with Resorts Rentals. They have always been friendly and helpful. I think maybe it's time Resort Rentals hired a new cleaning crew.

Lands End is always spotless, the security staff are wonderful, and is really convenient to everything. If you want a peaceful friendly location then Lands End is the place, we've been coming for the past 8 years, and there is no place like Lands End.Lands End has 3 views from the various condos: Gulf beyond the white sandy beach with the most romantic sunsets, The end Condos where you can see the sunrise and sunset along with the view of the Gulf and the Inlet to the bay (where we try to stay when available), then the condos overlooking the inlet with great sunrises and option to listen to the music from the restaurants over the bay (Where we have stayed most of the time). You can usually see the dolphins at play in the Gulf as well as the inlet and bay (best views have been for us in the bay). If you enjoy watching Dolphins the best we’ve seen has been at the pier at Fort De Soto, which is a short drive from Lands End. Treasure Island’s Publix which is an upstairs grocery store with parking underneath is a few minutes toward the left on Blind Pass Rd (699) leaving Lands End, with another Publix in Pasadena leaving to the right on Blind Pass Rd (699) to the end then left on (19A, 693) which turns into Pasadena Ave S over the bridges, taking a left at the Pasadena Ave and Gulfport Blvds (Publix outside parking is on the right) They have the most amazing snow balls – yellow cupcakes covered in white coconut cream icing – Must try them at least once ? Any Publix will make them for the next day, but they are normally always available at this store.We have never had a bad experience staying at Lands Ends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was fine. However it was not cleaned or prepared properly. The first thing noticed - dust bunnies under the bed. My socks turned black when walking on the floor. Bought Swifer dust pads and wet mops and cleaned the floors on my hands and knees. Dishwasher had dishes in it. All the beds were made improperly - had to remake them. The double bed had a king sized sheet which our guests were understanding about. The glass dining room table was smeared. Cleaned that. This was our 6th time in the complex. Would like to return but would appreciate a clean unit.

We love the condo - quiet location and beach. Beautifully kept. This was our second stay at Lands End and we can't wait to return for another wonderful family vacation !

Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I went down for our 25th anniversary. We really enjoyed the trip. The beach was peaceful and quiet and the boardwalk was definitely enjoyable. We took a nightly walk and it was a nice way to end the evening. While the condo was beautiful and clean for the most part there were a few minor details that could be improved. We had to clean a toilet and a shower as well as clear out the garbage disposal. Again very minor details, but wanted to mention for the cleaning staff. We definitely recommend this unit and complex and we will most certainly stay again. Absolutely great customer service and friendly staff! Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Beautiful condo

The condo was well stocked in the kitchen but could have had more bath towels. Sadly we were limited due to the Red Tide. When I called Resort Rentals and asked about the RT I wish they would have been more forthcoming about it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This would be our 6th year visiting Treasure Island and staying at Lands End. Our condo was updated and nice. I truly appreciated the full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom mattress could be updated. I have nothing negative to say about the condo itself. We would stay again. However, the cleanliness was awful. I have never felt like I needed to do my own cleaning upon arrival in the 6 years we have stayed. The showers still had soap scum and hair from the previous guest. The shower heads don’t like like they’ve been cleaned in months, if ever. The floors were beautiful but could not have actually been cleaned prior to our arrival. They were so dirty, our feet would be almost black from walking on them. I made my kids start wearing shoes in the condo after the first day. I expect a clean condo with the amount of money charged not only for the condo rental itself but also the cleaning fee charged. The pool was much appreciated since the red tide prevented us from being at the beach this year. We will be back.
