Vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt, deze gerenoveerde noorden hoek appartement omarmt je met zowel comfort en elegantie. De warme aardetinten in combinatie met de eigentijdse inrichting nodigen u uit om te ontspannen en tot rust komen, terwijl de opvallende volledig uitgeruste keuken wakkert je innerlijke chef-kok. Ontspannen op uw balkon met een uniek uitzicht op het zwembad met de prachtige Golf van Mexico in de verte biedt. Andere voorzieningen zijn een wasmachine en droger, 2 flatscreen-tv's en draadloos internet. Gebouw # 1 ligt tegenover het zwembad en op slechts een korte wandeling naar de toegang tot het strand ter plaatse.

Land’s End bevindt zich op Treasure Island aan het einde van een schiereiland en is aan drie kanten omgeven door water; de Intracoastal Waterway in het oosten, een pas naar het zuiden en de Golf van Mexico in het westen. Deze community is vol met voorzieningen om iedereen bezig te houden! Groot verwarmd zwembad, 2 bubbelbaden, een volleybalveld met zand, tennis- en pickleballbanen, houtskoolgrills en gazebo voor uw diner buiten, een boardwalk rond de gemeenschap voor uw ochtendoefening, shuffleboard, directe toegang tot het strand en alles binnen deze prachtig aangelegde gemeenschap. Land's End is ongeveer 3. 5 mijl ten zuiden van John's Pass Village op het strand van Madeira, dat is gevuld met winkels, restaurants, wateractiviteiten en entertainment voor iedereen. Heb je zin om op een paar achtbanen te rijden terwijl je in de stad bent? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts een uur rijden of raak de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando binnen 2 uur. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometerslange stranden zijn maar een paar redenen om onze Pinellas County-stranden te bezoeken !!! Als een gated community aan het einde van het eiland, zal Land's End je echt toestaan om even weg te zijn van de drukte van het dagelijks leven en de broodnodige R & R te krijgen, maar toch blijf je dicht bij alles wat je nodig hebt om dit tot een goed einde te brengen. perfecte vakantiebestemming.

Found out last minute that we lost the house we stay in in Gulfport Florida due to hurricane damage so looked up our dates and found Lands End! We had some friends check out the area and were able to stay 4 of the five weeks we wanted there in Florida and were so glad we did!! Lands End is a great condo community with a white sand beach and a beautiful pool!! A bit pricey for us but got a good deal last minute and we loved it!! Angie the gate guard was the best, always a happy greeting and very personable, we just loved everything about the place!

Location location location!

Though we booked this rental through VRBO it was Resort Rentals that managed this property. They were fantastic. As for the unit itself, what a lot of other reviewers have said holds true. Though there were signs of wear and tear within the unit Resort Rentals went out of their way to accommodate our needs. For us Lands End is amazing. Our favorite spot on the west coast.

Unit was very beat up, old an run down. Wobbly table, chair in living the bottom was ripped out, deck lounge was broken, bed was old an very uncomfortable, bathroom sink had such bad pressure you could not brush your teeth or was your face. The kitchen lite went out, the dryer stopped working and Resort Rentals didnt do anything.The unit smelled and was very musty. Been vacationing for 40 years in timeshares and have never stayed in a unit in such bad shape. We love the area, the beach the pool but dreaded going in the unit. We were terribly disappointed with the unit.

Great Location

My wife and I stayed here for a week while visiting family and attending a graduation. My comments are going to be based on the unit and also factoring in previous experiences with other VRBO properties. PROS: ---------- Location - great location due to proximity to beach and other amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, etc. QUIET - This property is part of a condo unit complex. Therefore, you don't get the large party crowds that usually come to other locations we've stayed in. It's also at the end of the peninsula so it's tucked away from the crowds and traffic Unit Size: Overall for my wife and I the unit was just the prefect size. It was also overall clean and had a nice patio to sit out and enjoy the view of the Gulf Pool: LARGE pool so you don't feel cramped up. It also had a hot tub that is definitely hot !!!!! CONS: ----------- Probably the overall BIGGEST complaint that I would have about this unit is feeling like the owners / management company did the least amount possible to provide things that one would think are standard. There was NO dish soap or scrub pads for things like pans. I literally found 2 skillets that were caked in eggs in the cabinets. I soaked them and purchased items for cleaning. I still had to use my thumb nails to scrape them clean. The unit also didn't come with baking sheets which we bought cheaply at a local TJ Maxx store. There were NO steak knives and only one real chopping knife. Someone decided for whatever reason to leave an open box of MOTH BALLS in a bag.....in a storage closet. I noticed the smell immediately upon entering the unit and it took me a little over a day to figure out where it came from. I finally found it and threw it out (I called the rental company to let them know what I was doing). There were 3 coffee pots (including 1 that leaked and I noted for the cleaning crew) and I tea kettle, but hardly any of the BASIC things a kitchen would have. We generally take an attitude of eating breakfast & lunch at any unit we stay at and then eat dinner out. So...not having many of the things you would expect a kitchen to have was disappointing and frustrating to say the least. Also.....for a unit that has limited windows.....the choice of lighting seemed questionable and the unit just felt dark. Overall.....we had a positive stay despite some of the challenges. Would I recommend this unit to others....you'll have to decide for yourself. We might go back, but with changes I addressed

Lovely Location

The condo community and the beach were beautiful. We enjoyed the long walks (3.5 miles each way) from end to end of Treasure Island. The condo itself was very nice and had a great (partial) view of the gulf. Negatives were the condo had extremely limited tools for preparing meals (pots/pans, utensils, etc.) and those were not very clean, though the condo itself was clean. Also, there is a lot of noise from a nearby bar so be prepared for that. We had a lovely trip and would stay there again.

Mom & Dads Springbreak!

This condo is located in a little treasure of an area. Since the property is at the tip, you get a private beach vibe. The actual beach is super spacious, so you have lots of area space to not feel so jammed. The property has many nice amenities, and a gated community with security. There were several families there and it was still peaceful, quiet, and a perfect vacation.

However, we would not rent this unit again. It was very dusty (layer of dust on the furniture, drawers with hair and dust) and a lot of things were missing in the kitchen (no baking sheet, no table mats or tablecloth, nothing for the barbecue, toaster that did not work, not enough spoons, etc.).

Lovely Property!

The condo was a wonderful place to stay for two weeks! It is nicely decorated, with very comfortable furniture. It has easy access to the property's pool and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. Access to the beach is easy from private boardwalks behind the property, or by going around the corner to get to the sand from a public boardwalk. Many thanks to the management company for promptly sending someone to fix minor issues with the sliding glass door and the vertical blinds. I would definitely stay at the property again.

Get Away From Winter Weather

The location of this condo was wonderful. We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. This gated community is at the tip of Treasure Island which kept the car traffic low. The staff working within Land's End were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a few equipment/mechanical issues during our stay and the staff of Resort Rental agency were courteous and prompt in responding. The bed is extremely comfortable, which is often a challenge when traveling! We were happy to have access to a Ninja blender for morning smoothies! If you plan to be on the beach during your stay, be sure to make arrangements with the rental agency to borrow beach chairs/umbrella and bring your own towels. If you are like us and prefer to cook all of your meals, bring or plan to buy any spices or seasonings you use and understand that the kitchen utensils are the very basics. We enjoyed this unit so much that we booked another stay! Safe travels! Kim & Dan

The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is well maintained with a beautiful quiet beachfront area. If you want to relax, my wife and I highly recommend you stay here. Did I mention the great room rates?!?!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Right from the moment we opened the door we realised what a fabulous apartment this was. Open outlook with a sea view and less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. Facilities were excellent with a pool and a hot tub just across the road.
