  • Adembenemend uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico heet u welkom in Florida wanneer u in dit uitnodigende appartement verblijft. De warme inrichting in combinatie met koeltegels, verenigt het comfort van thuis met wonen aan het strand. De prachtige keuken biedt granieten werkbladen en een wijd open uitzicht op de woonkamer en het balkon. Naast de eetzaal is er een gezellig ontbijt hoekje voor uw gebruik. Andere voorzieningen zijn een wasmachine en droger, een flatscreen-tv en draadloos internet. Gebouw # 10 bevindt zich direct naast het grote zwembad en de jacuzzi ter plaatse.

    Land’s End bevindt zich op Treasure Island aan het einde van een schiereiland en aan drie kanten omgeven door water; de Intracoastal Waterway in het oosten, een pas naar het zuiden en de Golf van Mexico in het westen. Deze community zit vol met voorzieningen om iedereen bezig te houden! Groot, verwarmd zwembad, 2 bubbelbaden, zandvolleybalveld, tennis- en pickleballbanen, houtskoolgrills en prieel voor buiten dineren, promenade die rond de gemeenschap rapt voor uw ochtendoefening, shuffle board, directe toegang tot het strand allemaal binnen dit prachtig aangelegde gemeenschap. Deze accommodatie ligt op ongeveer 5 km ten zuiden van John's Pass Village op het strand van Madeira, vol winkels, restaurants, watersportactiviteiten en amusement voor iedereen. Heb je zin in een paar achtbanen terwijl je in de stad bent? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts 45 minuten rijden of ga binnen 2 uur naar de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (huis van de winter de dolfijn), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometerslange stranden zijn slechts enkele redenen om onze stranden in Pinellas County te bezoeken !!! Land’s End is een gated community aan het einde van de weg en stelt je echt in staat om weg te stappen van de drukte en de broodnodige R&R te krijgen en toch dicht bij alles te blijven wat je nodig hebt om dit een perfecte vakantiebestemming te maken.

The condo was very clean, gorgeous view of beach. Close access to pool and beach. Perfect! I would recommend to anyone. I will most definitely be back and that will be the condo I choose to rent next visit.

The semi-gated location on the Gulf feels secluded from the busy area beyond it and the largest heated salt-water pool in the area keeps us coming back. August 2021 - Satisfied except AC issue & communication

Very nice two-bedroom apartment with a nice view of the ocean. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The property was clean and had all the necessary supplies. WIFI was great. We had an issue with the AC in the master bedroom: the system had some sort of flaw which caused it to not push much cold air into the master bedroom. That resulted in the master bedroom being uncomfortably warmer than the rest of the apartment. I'm sure it didn't help that it was very hot and humid that week. The bigger issue was with the maintenance staff. When I called, the lady first said "previous guests didn't report any problems" & to make sure the vents are open (they were). Either this person was new to this property and hadn't dealt with previous calls about the master bedroom AC, or she didn't read reviews on this unit. If you look at reviews for the unit, you can see previous renters also had the same issue: * From Sherry - June 2021: "only concern was that the air vent in the master bedroom did not blow cold air" * From Jo - June 2021: "The air flow vent in the master bedroom was putting out ZERO air flow." * From sheriy1 - May 2020: "The master is very hot and doesn’t get the best A/C but does have a fan!" * From Frank - Apr 2017: "Air conditioning did not work well in master bedroom." A technician did come a couple of days later (they were closed Sundays) and worked around the issue by closing other vents to force more air out of the master bedroom's vent. That addressed the problem for the rest of our stay. So - I was overall happy with the unit but disappointed that an AC issue that was reported many times in the past was never properly addressed.

The facility was very nice and updated. The beds were comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. There are only a couple of things that require attention: 1. The air flow vent in the master bedroom was putting out ZERO air flow. The master bedroom was very hot, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. We had to keep the shades drawn at all times to try to keep the bedroom from being so hot we couldn’t sleep in there. We couldn’t enjoy the beautiful ocean scene from the master bedroom at all. 2. This is just a suggestion: an updated washer and dryer would be nice considering this is a premiere unit. Our family members stayed in 302 which had very nice updated washer and dryer.

Quiet complex

I will definitely be going back! The area itself was quite busy (note it was also a holiday weekend). But since the complex is gated, it was so relaxing! I would almost forget all of the hustle and bustle of the town!
