Deze bovenste verdieping, 1 slaapkamer appartement heeft een vernieuwde keuken en een uniek uitzicht. Het is gelegen aan de overkant van het zwembad aan de oostkant van het pand. Zowel de woonkamer en slaapkamer komen uit op het balkon op het westen en je kunt zien de Golf van Mexico schitteren in de verte. Gelegen in de populaire wijk Sunset Beach, je gewoon lopen over het terrein naar het strand. Gratis internet service. Gebouw # 1 ligt tegenover het zwembad en op slechts een korte wandeling naar de toegang tot het strand ter plaatse.

Land’s End bevindt zich op Treasure Island aan het einde van een schiereiland en is aan drie kanten omgeven door water; de Intracoastal Waterway in het oosten, een pas naar het zuiden en de Golf van Mexico in het westen. Deze community is vol met voorzieningen om iedereen bezig te houden! Groot verwarmd zwembad, 2 bubbelbaden, een volleybalveld met zand, tennis- en pickleballbanen, houtskoolgrills en gazebo voor uw diner buiten, een boardwalk rond de gemeenschap voor uw ochtendoefening, shuffleboard, directe toegang tot het strand en alles binnen deze prachtig aangelegde gemeenschap. Land's End is ongeveer 3. 5 mijl ten zuiden van John's Pass Village op het strand van Madeira, dat is gevuld met winkels, restaurants, wateractiviteiten en entertainment voor iedereen. Heb je zin om op een paar achtbanen te rijden terwijl je in de stad bent? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts een uur rijden of raak de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando binnen 2 uur. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometerslange stranden zijn maar een paar redenen om onze Pinellas County-stranden te bezoeken !!! Great Condo, will return. Love Land's End

Overall I was very happy with this condo. It was just the right size for me. Only negative I have is there was no hair dryer; was happy I brought my own. I will return and this will be my condo of choice.

Good location

The best thing about this condo is the location to Sunset Beach which is literally less than 500 steps away. But, for the price paid I have to say that I was a little disappointed with the overall condition of the unit. It is very dated and the wear is pretty apparent, especially living room furniture and kitchen. The place needs a renovation, but I still love the Lands End condo complex. The grounds are very well maintained and pool area is great.

Room was older and needed upgrading tub drain was broke toilet seat was loose furniture was old next time we would like one of the newer units overlooking the ocean the complex was great quiet and safe no problems at all. People were saving chairs and tables at the pool and they were gone to the beach are out to eat somebody has to every hour check this And take the materials from the chairs and tables but the pool was great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been coming to Land's End for many years with my family and this was no different. However, I do feel the condo I stayed in could use some updating and deep cleaning. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom sink did not drain well and stuff just looks worn out. I will return to Land's End, but will look for a different condo to rent. Just sad to say this about the one I stayed in. I enjoy the location.

I didnt like the elevators out . That kept me lock in caise stairs were alot. Eslecially to carry things. Didnt do most anyrhing i normally would have becuae of that. That was a huge negative. I honestly felt like i should get discount on next amstay because i was not imformed also pool was closed half the stay. Barely supplies provided and not really happy about cleaning fees. That place was practically spottles after we left owr requirements.

Beautiful Gated Property. Beautiful. The bathroom needed help.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex property was gorgeous, gated, had a nice beach, and was extremely well maintained. The view was beautiful. The pool and other amenities were wonderful. The condo (Building 1 unit 401) itself was was payed out well and had a great view. Being across from the pool was very convenient and it was surprisingly quiet. It was a little outdated, which we didn’t mind. Everything seemed to work fine as well. The bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the bathroom could use some extra attention. It was not cleaned well (we found someone’s medication on the floor next to the toilet, the shower grout had mold, there was a shower pad in the bottom of the tub that needed very much to be replaced, and the shower head needed to be replaced as it had a lot of gross looking build up on it). We will definitely stay at the complex again but probably pick a different unit until the bathroom issues are fixed. If they are fixed then we will stay in that condo again because overall it was ok.

Close enough to everything!

We were looking for a nice quiet Christmas/NYE with some wandering around the area. We enjoyed the unit, close to pool and beach. Everything we needed was provided in the unit, just needed some beach towels. Wonderful restaurants and places to grab a drink to enjoy the views.

The property manager does a fine job. Yes I would highly recommend this property to any couple or small family. I loved the seclusion and privacy of Land’s End. In particular, the property owner provides a well maintained condominium and goes the extra steps to provide ample cooking, bedding and linen supplies. Waste removal is made easy by a convenient trash chute and parking is both secure and of ample size. I’d happily return to this property. Well done! Land’s End is a first rate condominium, resort community.
