  • Open en luchtig met veel charme. Deze grote noordhoek condo heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een perfecte vakantie. Het is volledig badkamers, nieuwe keuken, nieuwe vloeren! Rijen ramen openen de ruimte naar een uitgebreid uitzicht op de Intracoastal Waterway (Boca Ciega Bay) vanuit de woonkamer, het eethoek en de keuken. Dit prachtige appartement is gelegen in de populaire wijk Sunset Beach. Het beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een comfortabele inrichting. Het dubbele balkon is een geweldige plek om te kijken naar dolfijnen, zeevogels en boten op het water, net buiten uw schuifdeuren. Gratis internet service. Gebouw # 4 ligt aan de overkant van St Pete Beach, dus schop je voeten omhoog en zie de actie voorbijgaan! Dit gebouw is mooi gelegen nabij een van de bubbelbaden op het terrein, dicht bij de barbecue en is een zeer gemakkelijke wandeling naar het zwembad en toegang tot het strand ter plaatse!

    Land's End ligt op Treasure Island aan het einde van een schiereiland en wordt aan 3 zijden omringd door water; de Intracoastal Waterway naar het oosten, een pas naar het zuiden en de Golf van Mexico naar het westen. Land's End ligt ongeveer 3 mijl ten zuiden van John's Pass Village op het strand van Madeira, dat vol zit met winkels, restaurants, wateractiviteiten en entertainment voor iedereen. Heb je zin om op een paar achtbanen te rijden terwijl je in de stad bent? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts 45 minuten rijden, of raak de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando binnen 2 uur. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometerslange stranden zijn maar een paar redenen om onze Pinellas County-stranden te bezoeken !!! Als een gated community aan het einde van de weg, zal Land's End je echt toestaan om een stapje weg te zijn van de drukte en om de broodnodige R & R te krijgen, maar toch dicht bij alles wat je nodig hebt om dit een perfecte vakantiebestemming te maken.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay in Florida. It was spotlessly clean, very well stocked, and clearly well cared for. The condo was immaculate. The location is great for someone who wants to spend time at the beach or the pool. Most of our favorite bars and restaurants have reopened. An excellent experience all around. ( I left 2 new beach chairs for others to enjoy)

The individual unit was excellent, very clean, in good condition and well stocked with cooking supplies. The complex itself is very beautiful and well maintained, with a very nice pool area, some slight post hurricane repairs are still occurring, but they seem to be almost done. The beach is very nice and secluded, with lots of shells and dolphin sightings. The property company was also very good, they were very responsive and helpful when dealing with any minor issues.

Fantastic location

This condo was perfect for our first trip to the Treasure Island/St.Pete area. Our family of 5 fit comfortably everywhere (except for the dinner table but we made it work). Having the extra bed in the primary bedroom was great for our youngest who tends to get stuck on pull out couches. Everything in the complex was easy to get to including the pool and beach access.

Beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved the condo! Felt like it was huge compared to most condos we’ve stayed in. The only thing we didn’t like was the long walk from the beach to the pool. Other than that, everything was great. We had a couple of issues with our door not locking and both times the rental company was there almost immediately to fix the issue.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is wonderful, clean and as described. We did have issue being locked out when the batteries died in the door key pad but the situation was remedied by maintenance with 45mins. Would stay again!

Minnesota family fell in love with this rental

We highly recommend this spot! On one side of the unit is the intercoastal waterway. On the other side, but across a parking lot, is the beach. Unbelievable value! Such a clean and sweet condo! We are a family of 6, and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the intercoastal waterway very much and the live music across the way. If you want absolute quiet, just close the balcony doors. Full-size fridge. Beach items. Beautiful pool on site. Hot tubs on site. Gated community. We just got groceries and settled in for a week. Very close to so much fun, too. We jet skies and parasailed nearby. I hate to recommend this place, as we want it all to ourselves, buuuuuut, we must share! It’s the Minnesota way! Five stars from us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner is an honest and upstanding individual. The condo was clean and well appointed. Lovely view of the causeway. Check in process was simple enough. The only issue was that the wi-fi had changed before our visit and the old information was posted throughout the condo but didn't work for us. Since we checked in late on Saturday we had to wait until Monday to get this resolved. The beach at this location is small and not very exciting. There is a nice large pool here that is well maintained. On the causeway side there is a little beach where a lot of the locals bring their dogs to swim. You can also swim there when you desire calmer waters to enjoy. There is a bar across the water way that has live bands playing on the weekends so if loud music bothers you be aware. It did not bother us so it was OK. I really liked the condo but won't be staying again because I wasn't crazy about the area, and it is a bit touristy if you are in to that vibe.

Next time we book this location we will book soon enough to make sure we get an ocean view unit. I have just a few “Minor” maybe even petty suggestions. 1. The blinds in the Master Bedroom were broken. Had to close them manually and keep them closed. That certainly needs addressed. 2. One of the Decorative pillows in the master bedroom had what appeared to be an old dried blood stain on it. We just didn’t use it. 3. The half shower door was a little strange but tolerable. Other than that nice bathrooms with plenty of storage.4. I do suggest having a set of plastic cups for drinking as they were all of glass. Families who have younger children would appreciate it. Other than that everything that you could possible need in a kitchen was there. The beach was absolutely perfect and having a deck over the bay was nice even though we didn’t have a view of the ocean. Parking was also great! My overall rating is 41/2 stars out of 5. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loves this complex and specifically this unit; the complex is very private and safe with immaculate grounds. You can't beat the location with water on three sides. You are within fifteen minutes of many great restaurants, many of which are on the beach or waterside on the intercostal. Their is shopping, all kinds of watersports, a grocery store about 5 minutes away. Also, downtown St Pete is very nice - on the waterfront and facing a beautiful park and marina. There are many chic spots if that fits your gig. Also the Dali Museum and Chihuly permanent exhibit are also downtown, again a very easy 15 drive from the condo. Also love the reserved on grade covered parking just steps from the elevator - so your car stays cool in the shade. And lastly the condo décor is very modern, clean and bright as the end unit has lots of windows/sliding glass doors - the east facing direction is our choice to be in the shade in the afternoon/evening so we sit out on the balcony frequently in comfort as opposed to the west facing ocean view where the afternoon sun makes it too hot to sit out on the balcony.

First, the dayshift gate person is always grumpy (does he treat property owners with the same attitude he shows renters?), and secondly, the carpeting in the bedrooms is dirty and developed a musty smell when the humidity went up. the carpeting had many stains as well. It smelled as if it had not been cleaned in a long while.

There were a few issues with closet doors not working, but overal we liked the condo. I will say that we were not happy with the addictional parking fees that Lands End charged us above our rental fee. I did not think that this was right and to be charged $30 for each car/week, did not seem right. Other than this, we love the complex.

Place was not as clean as usual. This was first year in this particular one. The weirdest thing were the showers. Stationary glass on half of shower so you get in the shower to turn it on and water comes out on the open side. Picked up toys and food under couch. I would recommend Lands End to anyone but not this specific condo.

Highly recommend

This place is great! We spent most of our time on the Balcony. We loved being entertained by the live music across the water every night, stopping at 10pm. In addition we able to watch Manatees, dolphins, fisherman and boats going by. The beach was great, it felt like it was private because there were very few people at this end making it easy to social distance and it's walking distance to Caddy's for people watching, drinking and eating. This place had everything that we needed even some beach chairs and a small collection of beach toys. Having a washer and dryer was also key! The kitchen had the right amount of cookware to easily cook what we wanted including community BBQ grills. The people working at the facility were also great, very friendly and always welcoming. We don't usually stay at the same location more than once when vacationing because we like to explore but we would stay at this location again for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay is always wonderful at Land's End.We wanted a place we could return to year after yearwhen we retired and it is perfect..we meet other retires who like to relax around the pool, bob around the pool on our noodles, or find a place to read. The beach is lovely for walks or setting upa beach chair to enjoy the Gulf.It's away from the hustle and bustle...perfect forrelaxing.
