  • Prachtig bovenste verdieping appartement met een aantal geweldige recente renovaties! De keuken is prachtig remolded en volledig uitgerust. Genieten van een adembenemend Florida zonsondergang vanaf uw eigen balkon direct aan het strand en de Golf van Mexico. Uw slaapkamer heeft een deur naar het balkon en een groot raam met uitzicht op de Golf. Na een dag op het strand, laat het geluid van de golven wiegen je in slaap. Uw appartement beschikt over tegels overal, 3 flatscreen televisies en gratis draadloos internet. Gebouw # 9 bevindt zich direct naast het grote zwembad en de jacuzzi ter plaatse.

    Land’s End bevindt zich op Treasure Island aan het einde van een schiereiland en is aan drie kanten omgeven door water; de Intracoastal Waterway in het oosten, een pas naar het zuiden en de Golf van Mexico in het westen. Deze community is vol met voorzieningen om iedereen bezig te houden! Groot verwarmd zwembad, 2 bubbelbaden, volleybalveld op zand, tennis- en pickleballbanen, houtskoolgrills en prieel voor uw buiten dineren, een promenade rond de gemeenschap voor uw ochtendoefening, shuffleboard, directe toegang tot het strand en alles binnen deze prachtig aangelegde gemeenschap. Land's End is ongeveer 3. 5 mijl ten zuiden van John's Pass Village op het strand van Madeira, dat is gevuld met winkels, restaurants, wateractiviteiten en entertainment voor iedereen. Heb je zin om op een paar achtbanen te rijden terwijl je in de stad bent? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts een uur rijden of raak de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando binnen 2 uur. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometerslange stranden zijn maar een paar redenen om onze Pinellas County-stranden te bezoeken !!! Als een gated community aan het einde van het eiland, zal Land's End je echt toestaan om even weg te zijn van de drukte van het dagelijks leven en de broodnodige R & R te krijgen, maar toch blijf je dicht bij alles wat je nodig hebt om dit tot een goed einde te brengen. perfecte vakantiebestemming.

Clean and spacious. Great view of ocean. Quiet area of beach, not crowded at all. Dolphins and manatees swimming right where we were. Beautiful sunsets and sun rises.

Best place we've stayed in 20 years of vacationing on the Gulf

My family has been vacationing in Florida annually for over 20 years. We usually stay somewhere on the Gulf side--Madeira Beach, Indian Shores, etc. This is the nicest property and nicest condo we've ever stayed in. We are likely to just keep coming back here every year from now on!

Great place for adults

Condo was as advertised. Beautiful sunset views. I didn’t realize there was a gay beach next to the beach in front of the condo. I definitely didn’t want to see the inappropriate attire and I’m glad I didn’t have kids with me.

Pros: Property is gorgeous, ocean view is amazing, the pool was clean and not overly crowded. The unit is decent and very well located close to the pool. Full kitchen is great for making meals and snacks quickly. Cons: unit could use a deep clean and light updates. There are no screens on the windows/patios, and with a request to keep the AC at 72, it gets stifling hot with the late afternoon sun into evening. Screens would be a great addition. Mattresses also could use replacing. There are foam mattress toppers on them, which trap more heat and moisture, making sleep a bit difficult. There were full cobwebs when we used the “lift” feature on the coffee table, and several areas that had dust and just didn’t look like it had been very well cleaned. Overall, it was a nice unit and with some small improvements it could be absolutely amazing

Very nice… but no supplies

The property and room were great. Just lovely. The only thing that was off is that there were no spices, coffe filters etc. cupboards were totally bare. Also the paper towels were of THE cheapest quality … they worked but… also they gave 2 dishwasher pods only. When I called and asked mgt comp they said that’s it And we’d have to buy. So really 5star place, but these little things were half star. If it’s a high class place, and for what we pay, think the owner / mgt company can be classier. Also often there are beach towels. None. So we had to go out and buy. Again several little things which we’ve come to expect in places like this. I’d return, but bring coffee filters, towels, spices, cooking oil…and extra dishwashing pods.

The grounds and boardwalk were spotless & perfect for AM & PM walks. Beach spotted with families. Wide sandbar with manta rays swimming by, sand dollars, starfish, conchs...boys enjoyed tennis, track ball on the lawn and bicycling. Grocery was very convenient...everything was...everyone we dealt with was wonderful/helpful with anything we needed..Dali Museum and Rowdies game just 1/2 hr away..enjoyed The Wharf Restaurant, Conch Republic, and Seared 1200 Chophouse

Pool and beach were slightly more crowded this year, but still not as crowded as other beaches in FL. The area could still use more shopping and a few more upscale restaurants. Resort Rentals check in/out is a breeze. I would highly recommend the area and this property for families who want a quiet atmosphere and spend most of their time at the beach and pool.

My husband loved the nature walks in Honeymoon and Desoto State Parks. My 10 and 6 year old loved the pool and the beach infront of the condo. We enjoyed our visit to Busch Garden, Honeymoon State Park, Caldesi Island and Desoto State Park. We were very sad to leave. We will definitely be back.

We watched dolphins from our bedroom and was lulled by the ocean crashing outside our window. Lands end is a quiet condo association. It would be perfect for a couples get away. As a family with 2 small boys, we felt that we had to keep them quiet. The feeling we got from being staying there for a week is, Lands End is a retirement community. There was construction going on two units down from us. The workers were considerate and pleasant. The boardwalk out to the beach was easy to navigate. It was a nice get a way.

Beds were comfy, plus the couch was very comfortable. Loved the decor & everything about Lands End. Everything was extremely clean throughout the property as well as inside the condo. Pool area was not crowded at all or the beach area. Highly recommend bldg 9, 404. We vacationed with some friends who visited our condo and they were highly impressed with our unit. If I had to complain about something it would be the sheets didn't stay on the mattresses very well......only the corners would come off, we fixed it in the am & all was great.

The only issue I had was that the comforter in the master bedroom, the accent pillows, and the living room accent pillows had an odor indicating that they had not recently been laundered. I called Resort Rentals and housekeeping was there that afternoon and removed the items to be laundered.
