Land’s End bevindt zich op Treasure Island aan het einde van een schiereiland en is aan drie kanten omgeven door water; de Intracoastal Waterway in het oosten, een pas naar het zuiden en de Golf van Mexico in het westen. Deze community zit vol met voorzieningen om iedereen bezig te houden! Groot, verwarmd zwembad, 2 bubbelbaden, zandvolleybalveld, tennis- en pickleballbanen, houtskoolgrills en een prieel voor buiten dineren, een promenade die rond de gemeenschap loopt voor uw ochtendoefening, shuffle board, directe toegang tot het strand en alles binnen deze prachtig aangelegde gemeenschap. Land’s End ligt op ongeveer 3,5 km ten zuiden van John's Pass Village op het strand van Madeira, vol winkels, restaurants, watersportactiviteiten en amusement voor iedereen. Heb je zin in een paar achtbanen in de stad? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts een uur rijden of ga binnen 2 uur naar de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (huis van de winter de dolfijn), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometers lange stranden zijn slechts enkele redenen om onze stranden in Pinellas County te bezoeken !!! Fun Time

We enjoyed the condo, it was super clean and very comfortable for our family of four. The property was well kept; we enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts.

Great Location and Property

This was our fourth time at the Lands End property and first time renting with Resort Rentals. I will say that this was the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. Place was clean and view was great. On the negative side, there were black flies that were present when we first walked in. We contacted the rental management company and they responded, However, these were never able to be eradicated, even though there was some effort to do so. Resort Rentals/Lands End, should have taken care of this issue before we arrived. Secondly, the knife block was not full when we arrived, so we do not want to be charged for missing knives. Other than that the property was great. Rich Feinberg

Great Beach Stay

Property is fabulous. Location is very private and beautiful. We have stayed at this location before but in a different condo. This condo was great except for master bath...tub/shower hard to use. Everything else, including view, is fabulous!

Other amenities were also great. Our teens loved the volleyball and tennis courts, pool, and hot tub. The condo could use some updating. The carpet was very dirty. We were nit even comfortable walking around bare foot. The mattresses were not comfortable. The condo was steps from the beach and had gorgeous views. We had friends staying in other units that were updated and cleaner. We would return to Land's End in the future, but probably look for a different unit.

There was no tupperware present in the unit, which presented a slight hiccup, but we just bought a few small pieces at Publix. Owners art on the walls was a nice touch. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins daily and would absolutely recommend to a friend or relative.

The 4-star rating below concerning condition and cleanness refers to these circumstances; in general we know it ́s worth 5 stars.Thank you. We will show up again some day - for sure!

This unit however needs to have some upgrades. The carpet was stained in LR and ripped in the second bedroom. The Master bathroom needs to be completely updated. Mold in the shower, old tile etc...All the flooring throughout the unit should be upgraded. Time to bring the unit up to date.Kitchen disposal didn't work, dishwasher doesn't completely drain. The stairwell coming up to the 4th floor had both sets of lights out.We still highly recommend Land's End. But will choose a different unit next time.
