Deze 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers condo westen biedt u een prachtig uitzicht op het strand en kunt u in de prachtige zonsondergangen in de Golf van Mexico zinken vanaf uw eigen, goed gemeubileerd balkon. De meester- en gastbadkamers zijn voorzien van Travertijn tegels en de keuken is volledig bijgewerkt! Glimmende hardhouten vloeren stromen door de ruime woonkamer en eetkamer en het appartement decor is een perfecte aanvulling op alles! Andere updates zijn een gloednieuw, aanpasbaar SLEEP NUMBER BED dat absoluut geweldig is, high definition tv's / 5G draadloos internet combo, wasmachine en droger in het apparaat en nog veel meer!

Land's End ligt op Treasure Island aan het einde van een schiereiland en is aan 3 zijden omgeven door water; de Intracoastal Waterway naar het oosten, een pas naar het zuiden en de Golf van Mexico naar het westen. Deze community is vol met voorzieningen om iedereen bezig te houden! Groot verwarmd zwembad, 2 bubbelbaden, volleybalveld op zand, tennis- en pickleballbanen, houtskoolgrills en prieel voor uw buiten dineren, een promenade rond de gemeenschap voor uw ochtendoefening, shuffleboard, directe toegang tot het strand en alles binnen deze prachtig aangelegde gemeenschap. Land's End is ongeveer 3. 5 mijl ten zuiden van John's Pass Village op het strand van Madeira, dat is gevuld met winkels, restaurants, wateractiviteiten en entertainment voor iedereen. Heb je zin om op een paar achtbanen te rijden terwijl je in de stad bent? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts een uur rijden of raak de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando binnen 2 uur. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometerslange stranden zijn maar een paar redenen om onze Pinellas County-stranden te bezoeken !!! Als een gated community aan het einde van het eiland, zal Land's End je echt toestaan om even weg te zijn van de drukte van het dagelijks leven en de broodnodige R & R te krijgen, maar toch blijf je dicht bij alles wat je nodig hebt om dit tot een goed einde te brengen. perfecte vakantiebestemming.

Nice, quiet, natural, beachy, relaxing; yet a Very quick trip to great food and fun,,,, I stayed for a week and did Not want to leave.... I certainly hope to be back!

We had a great time and have stayed in this condo a few times now. The view from the balcony is magnificent and perfect for watching sunsets. It could have been a little cleaner but overall we enjoyed ourselves and would come again.

We loved this condo—great location, very clean. Sunset views and clean beach. There were beach chairs and beach umbrella in closet for guest use. Bring your own beach towels. Plan to have your own soap for shower, dishwasher, laundry.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Lands End previously. We like the secluded beach but noted it was much busier this year. We always fly so do not have space to bring larger items. Each condo is under different ownership so we never know if there will be beach chairs or a beach umbrella. Unfortunately, this time there was a single beach chair. We bought one and left it behind. Considering the price of gas, more people are flying. Each condo should have at least two beach chairs (and probably more). The cleaning crew missed the coffee filter holder and the clothes dryer which was full of dirt and lint. I spent about 30 minutes cleaning the dryer and washer. There were gum wrappers and lots of dust behind the bedside table in the twin bedroom. The vertical blind slats kept falling off. On-site staffers (gate and office) were friendly and helpful. We may stay at Lands End again but not in this condo.

This is our second time staying in one of these condos And we will return again soon. The only thing that we thought that needed looking into was that the door dint unlock easily at all. A couple of times we were locked out for awhile until one of us was able to jiggle the lock enough for it to open.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lands End is a beautiful complex. It has 24 hr guard at main gate, beach is clean and pool is clean and big. Overall a 4 out of 5 stars. When we first got there oringal room we booked was under renovation and Resort Rentals didn't know. We showed up at room with keys and it was a disaster inside. However Resort Rentals took immediate action and provided us with a nice room and credited our bill a little bit for inconvenice. Unit very nice but lots of Palmetto bugs in and around units in buildings. Carpet in main hallway was soaking wet and stained and stunk. Overall nice resort and Resort rentals people took care of issues right a way.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a fantastic time, the facility was in great shape, our condo was in great shape and after a trip to the local spirits store.... I was in great shape. The only thing I could have asked for was more sunshine, as the rain was heavy and frequent during our stay. We will be back and I have recomended this place to several friends. The security staff could se some work, I had an encounter with and elderly security person who just had a nasty disposition in general. He came over to me to complain about children in the hot tub... They were not my kids I explained and yet he continued to talk down to me. I can let this go, I did meet Lonnie of the security staff and the man was a gentlemen and very friendly and had a great positive point of view that was advantageous to anyone he talked to. Whatever yo are paying Lonnie... Pay him more and have him give the older fellas soem leasons on how to talk to potential retunr clients. Bottom line we will be back for a fifth year next year.

Most of the condos in here are very nice.This unit was nicely appointed but could use just a few extra finishing touches. The owners need to get softer mattresses and put headboards on the beds. Also, there are no beach items (like sand chairs or an umbrella). The air worked great, and there were lots of white fluffy towels. Good TV. Nice kitchen. Faces the beach for beautiful views but can get pretty hot in the afternoon.

July 2012 Two-Week Vacation at Lands' End

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 10th or so visit to a Lands' End unit for a July vacation, but our first time in this particular unit. The recent upgrades and finishes made it easily the top one or two units we've ever rented. There were just a couple of things that would have made it better: as others have noted, the mattresses were miserable. Our 21-yr old daughter slept on the sofa rather than in either of the twin beds, and I could only sleep about 4-5 hours a night in the king bed before having to get up due to back pain. And other than the dining room table chairs, there were no chairs in this unit! The family room has a nice leather sofa and an old, rather uncomfortable rattan loveseat - sized more like a futon than a sofa. No occasional chairs anywhere else in the unit. Other than that, this is a beautifully-updated condo, was exceptionally clean and the location on the Lands' End property is ideal.

Wonderful alternative to expensive St. Pete hotels

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Previously we have stayed at a resort on St. Pete that was fun but very expensive. As a family of 5, with 3 kids ranging from teen to 6 years old, we needed an option that was more affordable, clean, oceanfront, and close to fun activities for all. This condo met all the marks and EVERYONE had a great stay. The condo was very clean, spacious enough given we didn't spend a lot of time inside, updated, and was a great location. The pool and beach were both easily accessible and the gate house had tennis rackets and volleyballs for the kids to borrow. Treasure island is close to the busy St. Pete oceanfront area so you can easily drive there for shopping and restaurants, but not nearly as crowded and an amazing alternative with the same gorgeous beach. Jonathan's Pass, grocery stores, beach water slides, restaurants, and tons of shops are within a short drive. I do think you need a rental car if you have flown as there isn't a lot in walking distance. We spent one afternoon down the street at Caddy's in one of their cabana rentals. While pricey and mediocre food, it was fun for all ages and if you split with family members, the prices is worth a fun afternoon there. We all agreed that we will never go back to staying at the fancy resort on St. Pete as this condo will be our go-to spot next year. The only draw back was construction at the complex right next to the unit but I'm sure that's not common and it wasn't a major problem other than no sleeping in.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit sleeps 6 but lacks beach supplies. I’ve never rented a beach property that wasn’t supplied with chairs, beach towels, plastic cups for pool, etc. The managing company, Resort Rentals was not helpful.. They knew there were 6 people in unit yet only left 4 bath towels so we had to drive to their office to pick up more. They sent a text to me saying if there’s anything we need to respond to the text. They answered one time, after that I was ghosted.

Very enjoyable experience at this property. Area was quiet, property was clean and well maintained, check in and departure was easy. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome place, awesome rental management company.Some suggestions for the rental unit - sofa *** bed needs a tune up. Blinds need different type. TVs in guest rooms are small. Second bathroom shower needs to have the faucet on opposite side. That way the cold water shower does not come on to you, before the water warms up.

Beautiful location

We love Lands End, it is beautiful there and everything on the grounds was nicely maintained. The condo has great views of the ocean being a corner unit and we loved that. We stayed in this same condo 2 years ago and had hoped they had gotten a new king bed in the master bedroom but it was still the same one, not very comfortable and any time you move while in it the headboard bangs against the wall. The living room couches were pretty beat up and worn but other than needing new furniture and a new bed it was very nice.
