The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the top floor of the building, accessed by elevator with an interior entrance off the hallway. We have electronic locks for your convenience. Upon entering the condo, you will see the balcony across the main open living space, with sweeping Gulf views. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials needed to cook meals at the condo. In the hallway there is a laundry closet with washer & dryer. A Queen sofa bed sleeps 2 in the living area, King master suite with amazing views and attached full bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom is a Queen bedroom suite with TV and access to a full bathroom. Added value with all your beach essentials covered including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a beach buggy and a parking pass included for one vehicle!!
Guests have full resort privileges to access to most amenities including the new pool and hot tub and a well equipped gym located in the adjacent building. Beach access is right across the street with safe crosswalk access from the ground floor. You are also walking distance to the John's Pass Boardwalk, which has tons of restaurants, shops and fun things to do. If you want to rent a boat slip, book a charter boat or participate in water activities, it is all at your fingertips. There are tons of fun rentals in the area including boats and jet skis.
Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.
I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests' happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.
- The responsible party booking and staying at this condo must be 22 years or older.
- The condo is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat the home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc.

No Parties! No Gatherings!
No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis.
No Smoking! Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.
Quiet Hours 10PM to 8PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors as this is a family friendly resort community. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests.
- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- Parking Pass is issued for a Standard private passenger vehicles - 1 only NO other vehicles.
- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony or any public visible area.
- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony
- Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board, the surface can be damaged
- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors and to do the dishes.
