What an unpleasant experience in that condo! Let’s just say it’s important to distinguish between the condo itself and the building it’s located in. The condo is really dirty and run-down! Everything was dirty—the walls, the door frames, the moldings, the dishes in the cabinets, the mold in the shower, the ventilation grates in the bathrooms, and don’t even get me started on the floor! (See photos)The condo is crammed with the owners' personal belongings—it's literally suffocating! When we arrived, we even had to ask them to move some things so we could put our own stuff away and find a place to store our food… everything was packed to the brim, and there was no space left for the tenants! Our communication with Kimberly from Evolve went well when we arrived; she even bought some supplies so we could do a little cleaning! However, as soon as we mentioned that we wanted to leave, we didn’t hear back from her at all. Radio silence! As for the location, it’s very noisy—there’s a lot of traffic on the boulevard, which is unpleasant. The view of the bay is magnificent, though, and the outdoor facilities, like the pool and hot tub, are very nice. The value for money is simply terrible!
