    Ontspan op de privépatio van dit 1018 sqft, 2 slaapkamer, 2 badkamersflatgebouw met koopflats en bekijk de dolfijnen en de manatee langs zwemmen! Patio is voorzien van een eigen barbecue en zitplaatsen voor 4 aan de tafel plus 2 extra lage stoelen om te ontspannen. Lees een boek, geniet van je favoriete drankje of bezoek met buren op het dok. Je kunt ook kajakken, paddleboard of vissen vanaf het dok (kajaks en paddleboards niet inbegrepen). Zie de zonsopgang vanaf ons terras en zonsondergang op het strand!

    Het strand ligt op minder dan 5 minuten lopen! Strandstoelen, strandlakens, speelgoed en vlotten zijn in de kast voor uw gebruik. De promenade aan het strand is geweldig om te wandelen of joggen! Ook op loopafstand is een park aan de overkant met fitnessapparatuur, Publix supermarkt op de hoek en restaurants / bars! Fantastische winkelen bij John's Pass is minder dan 2 mijl afstand! Je kunt ook St. verkennen. Pete, Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks, Largo en Tampa, want ze liggen allemaal op een klein eindje rijden!

    Grote slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed, inloopkast en een aangrenzende grote badkamer met bad / douche. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden. De tweede complete badkamer met inloopdouche bevindt zich in de gang, dicht bij de tweede slaapkamer. Beddengoed, handdoeken en een haardroger in elke badkamer zijn inbegrepen! Bank in de woonkamer kan ook worden gebruikt om te slapen, maar het is geen uittrekbaar.

    De keuken is volledig gevuld met grote apparaten, kookgerei, borden, koffiepot, broodrooster en kookkruiden. Eethoek biedt plaats aan vier. Een stapelbare wasmachine en droger zijn in de unit voor uw gebruik!

    Tv's bevinden zich in beide slaapkamers en in de woonkamer. WiFi en kabel zijn inbegrepen! Boeken en dvd's inbegrepen. De thermostaat heeft Alexa ingebouwd, zodat muziek via de thermostaat kan worden gespeeld! Natuurlijk kan Alexa je ook vertellen over de zonsondergangstijden en laag / hoogtij!

    Er zijn een prachtig uitzicht op de intercoastal vanuit de woonkamer en slaapkamer.

    Twee parkeerplaatsen zijn toegewezen aan de flat. Elektronisch slot op de deur, zodat u zich geen zorgen hoeft te maken over de toetsen.

    We vinden het heerlijk om hier te ontspannen en kunnen niet wachten om het met jullie te delen !!

Location was short walk to the beach and 20-30 min to John's pas.Backdoor looked over the water, nice dock. Saw a few dolphins.Kitchen fairly well stocked, a kettle would have been a nice addition. Bedrooms clean and comfortable.Living area clean and comfortable.Need your own netflix or similar for TV.Overall a very good stay, would come vack again

Wonderful… wonderful.. wonderful experience!!We had a wonderful vacation here and cannot wait to stay again. The wildlife is unimaginable! We seen seahorses off the dock twice! Manatees were under the dock… the herons were fishing for themselves right off the dock as well. We fished every single night and had a blast! Caught some interesting creatures and learned a lot! Just an overall wonderful place to stay. We cannot wait to be back. Our only complaint is we had to leave! Can’t wait until next year!

Great space

We’ve stayed here twice and will keep coming back as long as we can. Everything is great, the space is large for a family of 4, the location is walkable to beach, food, and more, the dock has beautiful views and the fishing is great.

It was our second year staying here. We love the location, the amenities and the host. Publix is not even a block away. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. VIP is a must if you enjoy Mexican food. My husband caught fish off the dock and we saw dolphins and manatees daily. The pelicans are quite the characters. We will stay again!!

This property is as advertised! Clean, neat & beautiful! Plenty of towels, beach chairs, inflatables and a wagon to transport everything you need for the five minute walk to the beach. The view through the glass doors onto the Intercoastal Water Way was refreshing. The patio and the deck was one of our favorite placed to drink coffee and watch the sunrise. Everything you need is in walking distance from the grocery store to delicious restaurants and bars. Our host, Renee, was very easy to communicate with and even allowed us to check in hours before our check in time making our travel day much easier. We were a family of four traveling with an 11 year old and 14 year old and they had no complaints.

Convenient location & lots of dolphins!

Excellent! So blessed they were able to have this property available since it was damaged from the hurricane. Great location with all the amenities you need to truly live your vacation.

Our stay was perfect. The views, the marine life, close to everything. Especially the beach. If we come back I will only need a suitcase for clothes!

Beautiful Condor, spacious, clean and great facilities. Location is superb right by the inland waterway, with restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. Neighbours were friendly and helpful, we will be back !

The condo was redone after the hurricane so everything was new and very clean. We loved the view from the deck and really enjoyed watching the dolphins and boats go by. The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes and Publix is right next door. All our favorite bars and restaurants are within walking distance so it's an ideal location.The building itself that the condo is in is very clean and the people who live there full time are very sweet and welcoming. We are really sad it is already booked for our dates for 2027.

A Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Bay Views and Dolphin Sightings!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! The bay views were absolutely breathtaking—we especially loved watching dolphins play in the water right from the balcony. The condo was spotless and had everything our family needed to feel right at home.My husband and son spent hours fishing off the dock, which was a huge highlight for them. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the wagon and beach chairs—they made it so easy to load up our toys and buckets for a fun day at the beach.This place was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Overall it was a good stay. However, it wasn’t as family friendly as we thought. On the weekends it was very loud we heard live music from a Bar called Ricky’s and it sounded like the band was right outside our window. Also, the building must not be insulated? You can hear every conversation from inside or outside the unit. So that being said it was difficult putting our 18 month old to bed. I do not recommend to families with young children. The positive is it was great proximity to the beach.

Great St Pete Beach condo.

This condo is nicely located on St Pete Beach. It is directly on the back bay with a nice view and access to the pier. Sea birds abound providing constant entertainment. The unit is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just like home. We hope to return.

Amazing location and view

We fell in love with Treasure Island last year when we visited. Coming back after the hurricanes was what we wanted to do to support the community. We loved the location of the condo and the view from the patio. The dolphins were out almost every day we were there. All of us also enjoyed the birds on the dock. We can't wait to come back! Our host was also amazing answering all of our questions.
