Het beste van beide werelden vind je hier op Treasure Island: de intercoastal en het strand!

Ontspan op de privépatio van dit 1018 sqft, 2 slaapkamer, 2 badkamersflatgebouw met koopflats en bekijk de dolfijnen en de manatee langs zwemmen! Patio is voorzien van een eigen barbecue en zitplaatsen voor 4 aan de tafel plus 2 extra lage stoelen om te ontspannen. Lees een boek, geniet van je favoriete drankje of bezoek met buren op het dok. Je kunt ook kajakken, paddleboard of vissen vanaf het dok (kajaks en paddleboards niet inbegrepen). Zie de zonsopgang vanaf ons terras en zonsondergang op het strand!

Het strand ligt op minder dan 5 minuten lopen! Strandstoelen, strandlakens, speelgoed en vlotten zijn in de kast voor uw gebruik. De promenade aan het strand is geweldig om te wandelen of joggen! Ook op loopafstand is een park aan de overkant met fitnessapparatuur, Publix supermarkt op de hoek en restaurants / bars! Fantastische winkelen bij John's Pass is minder dan 2 mijl afstand! Je kunt ook St. verkennen. Pete, Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks, Largo en Tampa, want ze liggen allemaal op een klein eindje rijden!

Grote slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed, inloopkast en een aangrenzende grote badkamer met bad / douche. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden. De tweede complete badkamer met inloopdouche bevindt zich in de gang, dicht bij de tweede slaapkamer. Beddengoed, handdoeken en een haardroger in elke badkamer zijn inbegrepen! Bank in de woonkamer kan ook worden gebruikt om te slapen, maar het is geen uittrekbaar.

De keuken is volledig gevuld met grote apparaten, kookgerei, borden, koffiepot, broodrooster en kookkruiden. Eethoek biedt plaats aan vier. Een stapelbare wasmachine en droger zijn in de unit voor uw gebruik!

Tv's bevinden zich in beide slaapkamers en in de woonkamer. WiFi en kabel zijn inbegrepen! Boeken en dvd's inbegrepen. De thermostaat heeft Alexa ingebouwd, zodat muziek via de thermostaat kan worden gespeeld! Natuurlijk kan Alexa je ook vertellen over de zonsondergangstijden en laag / hoogtij!

Er zijn een prachtig uitzicht op de intercoastal vanuit de woonkamer en slaapkamer.

Twee parkeerplaatsen zijn toegewezen aan de flat. Elektronisch slot op de deur, zodat u zich geen zorgen hoeft te maken over de toetsen.

We vinden het heerlijk om hier te ontspannen en kunnen niet wachten om het met jullie te delen !!

A Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Bay Views and Dolphin Sightings!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! The bay views were absolutely breathtaking—we especially loved watching dolphins play in the water right from the balcony. The condo was spotless and had everything our family needed to feel right at home.My husband and son spent hours fishing off the dock, which was a huge highlight for them. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the wagon and beach chairs—they made it so easy to load up our toys and buckets for a fun day at the beach.This place was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Amazing location and view

We fell in love with Treasure Island last year when we visited. Coming back after the hurricanes was what we wanted to do to support the community. We loved the location of the condo and the view from the patio. The dolphins were out almost every day we were there. All of us also enjoyed the birds on the dock. We can't wait to come back! Our host was also amazing answering all of our questions.

Couldn't have picked a better place to stay

We had the best vacation and the location of this condo was the reason! The views of the bay are amazing! We saw dolphins, a seahorse right at the dock, jellyfish and lots of fish! The beach is literally a 4 minute walk! Publix is at the corner and restaurants within walking distance! Madeira beach is 8 minutes away and you can see alligators in parks within 30 minutes of the condo! The host communicates super fast and made the stay perfect! The neighbors are very welcoming and great to chat with too. We will be back again!

Great space

We’ve stayed here twice and will keep coming back as long as we can. Everything is great, the space is large for a family of 4, the location is walkable to beach, food, and more, the dock has beautiful views and the fishing is great.

Perfect Location

First time to St. Pete area and could not have picked a better location! The bay is beautiful and so glad we did not pay more to stay on beach. We only went to beach 2x. No success fishing off the dock so we went to the Skyway Bridge. The marine life on the bay was incredible! Dolphins and manatees right at the dock! Great relaxing week on the water!

Memories at Treasure Island

My husband and I spent two weeks at this property. We found the perfect spot for all the things we enjoy doing; walking, drum circle, the beach, convenience to grocery store, restaurants, sunsets, sunrises and wildlife. Everyone we met were very friendly. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching all the boats and dolphins. The owners were prompt in getting back to us when we had some hiccups. One suggestion would be a small cooler for the beach. The cart, chairs and umbrella saved us at the beach. Definitely planning on staying here again in May. In conclusion, the place was perfect for us and nicely decorated.

Beautiful Condor, spacious, clean and great facilities. Location is superb right by the inland waterway, with restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. Neighbours were friendly and helpful, we will be back !

Very nice!

Overall the property was very nice. The condo was quiet with no outside noise. We loved fishing off the dock, we did this a lot. Also, seeing dolphins, stingrays, fish, crab and manatee off the dock was great! I wasn't thrilled with the parking being so close to the road but it was fine and we had no problems. The master bed wasn't comfy for us, just because of the foam pad on it, but that is us. It was close to the beach and walking the boardwalk was great. If you walk at night the area is a little noisy with bars playing music with bands and such. The condo had great amenities. We were disappointed when we found there was no longer a grill and weren't notified before we came. The neighbors were friendly which was nice. Lots of things to do in the area. We had a good time and would recommend this proerty.

Loved the location, very close to bars, restaurants, beach. Anything you ever wanted without having to drive. Hubby loved fishing off the dock. This place was so relaxing and the neighbors were very nice. Hope to be back again.

Couldn’t ask for more!

I honestly couldn’t ask for more than what this property and owners provide. This property does not feel like a rental property, it feels like a home. It is so tastefully decorated, the furniture is super comfortable, and the fact that there is a washer/dryer to use makes it that much better. Location is wonderful! We were able to walk to so many restaurants and the beach is a short stroll down the street. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful and we spent most evenings playing games out on the patio while watching for dolphins or just enjoying the sunset. I don’t have anything negative to say about the property or owners. THIS is my new happy place!
