The grounds have recently had a facelift, a newly surfaced tennis court, and a new pool deck make this property a highly desirable vacation location. The large beachside heated pool and hot tub complement the many loungers on the deck. There is a BBQ area with gas grills and tiki benches available as well as pool area restrooms. Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint town with much to offer. Many nearby restaurants and small local shops in walking distance.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
