We bieden ook speciale kortingen op alle verblijven daarna tot en met 5 oktober. Seizoenspercentages worden gebruikt gedurende de rest van het jaar, zoals gedocumenteerd op dit gezichtspunt. Al onze gepubliceerde tarieven van nu tot en met 27 december zijn inclusief 30% vroegtijdige betalingskorting. Laat het ons weten als u na 31 december 30% korting wilt op een gepubliceerde koers en wij zullen uw reservering dienovereenkomstig aanpassen. De enige voorwaarde om de 30% vroegbetalingskorting te ontvangen, is dat u de gehele reservering binnen een week na boeking moet betalen.

Convenient Location & Caring Host

The location was beautiful. Right on the beach, gorgeous views and pool and hot tub were right below us. A couple issues that were outside of anyone’s control were inconvenient, however, they were resolved quickly.

This is not a luxury condo - Not worth 2579 for 5 days!

Not worth the money!The condo was not as described. Not luxury. It was completely outdated, dirty, and did not have "top of the line appliances." Kitchen walls, grout on floor and behind refrigerator was dirty. I wore my sandals the whole time. Walls were scuffed and needed to be painted, major chips on corners of walls, dust on plastic plants, sticky surfaces on bedside tables, couches used, dirty, worn out and uncomfortable, dining table not comfortable, dining chairs soiled, carpets worn out, bathrooms toilet seats worn out, light switches dirty ...I could go on and on. I do have pictures. Tried d to get owner to refund some , but all he would do was offer a discount on our next stay - why would we want to go back to a place like that!

Beautiful View , location and Beach Fantastic

The view and the building itself is very functional with a pool and hot tub. The property outside and hallways are maintained well. The area is quiet and does have bars/restaurants and variety stores close by for convenience. The kitchen is well equipment with maybe too much stuff because there is not an empty cupboard available to place food. If I could make a few suggestions to increase the value of the rental this is what I would do: get rid of the old dirty carpet in the bedrooms. I would empty out a few cupboards so clients can use to place dry goods. I would get rid of all the fake plants/trees that like to hold dust and have seen better days. The guest bathroom needs a new tap and plug. The condo itself provides lots of space for a couple or family. The parking spot is in shelter location under the building that was nice. The condo owners have an excellent check in procedure which was easy to follow. The condo owners were excellent in communication though texting. Thank You

Nice view of the gulf. It was clean. Beds were very uncomfortable. Check in was delayed for more than an hour. Maintenance was still being done. Not enough hot water for four people to take a shower .would not stay here again.

Nice Condo

The property was nice and very spacious however it was not cleaned very well. Lots of dust on the ceiling fans and lighting fixtures. Master bedroom shower would not drain very well. They are doing construction on the building so that causes issues with noise and parking. The outside pool restrooms were not cleaned and the toilets were stopped up. The beach and pool area was not crowed so that was nice.

disappointing accommadations

it was dirty had dust an inch thick everywhere especially on fans sliding glass door in bedroom was a safety hazard it had no handle onit and was in lock position other door was hard too open chair in bedroom was broken. The beds in first bedroom were to hard to sleep in. Coffee pot was broken. we were told to leave food that they would donate it to charity but we had a lot left before us the place needed updated badly too many things broke and dirty the bathrooms pressure was great though we had a great time though the location was great and we wanted the pool and beach anyway just felt like we paid out the rear for a not nice room i had to by insurance extra and pay a very high deposit from them and vrbo we got our owners back after 2 weeks but nothing from vrbo

Excellent location with a fabulous view!

We would definitely stay here again. The total condominium complex was very nice. Even though this particular unit had a few bumps with cleanliness, the property manager was very accessible and quick to make things right. Our kids had a great time and we made some lasting memories.

the property was very nice but one hour into our stay the glass dining table shatter all over the place almost cutting my husband. we called owner right away and he sent someone to help clean it up. we thought he would bring in another table but didnt so we called everyday and left messages that we had no spot to eat our meals we cooked every night. the 6th day before check out he called to say a man would bring a new glass at 8am so we all got up early to pack and waited and waited and he never showed up. as of 130 in the afternoon , no one ever came. the outside patio cussions had holes in them, leaking out all the stuffing so if we tried eating out there, then we had a mess to clean all over the patio floor. there were 8 of us and only 6 towles hanging so we looked all over for more. 2 days later we found them in the dryer. they had never been put out.i understand things happen, but this stressed our whole vacation. i couldnt believe the owners were to busy for us the whole week we were there. i feel we should get a partial refund on our 3500 dollar condo. we come 2x a year for 10 years now, and we always keep things very clean and neat. i was dissapointed this time for sure.

Great beachfront condo!!!

We had a great time staying here and enjoying the beachfront view from the balcony. The pool and hot tub were great to use when it was too windy for the beach. The owners were great and provided quick communication to any requests or questions we had. We look forward to coming back!

Christmas Family Getaway!

This was our fourth year going to Indian Shores area for Xmas week, and this was our favorite place so far! Easy elevator access, great pool, hot tub wasn’t working the first day and they got it fixed right away! Our condo was fully stocked with anything you needed! Love the balcony and of course the view! Lots of space, comfortable beds and more pillows than you will ever need! In unit laundry was nice too! Can’t wait to come back next year! Thanks for the memories!

Florida sunsets

The location was fabulous: The condo was directly on the beach. The spacious balcony spanned the living room and master bedroom, and the florida sunset views were great. Comfortable balcony furniture (another full table/chair set). Below the balcony was the pool shared by the condo, the pool closed at dusk so we were not bothered by any late-night pool noise. A restaurant was directly across the street, with many more a short drive away. Condo was well equipped and everything was in working order: Kitchen was fully stocked: Stove, Microwave, oven, full refrigerator and dishwasher. Lots of varied pots and pans, kitchen utensils,several sets of dishes. Coffee maker and tea Kettle. Dining room table with seating for six. Two bathrooms clean and fully functional. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer in the unit were large capacity and worked fine. (Washer is Hi Efficiency type). Tv sets in every bedroom plus one in the living room. Cable TV provided plus internet WIFI worked fine. Some DVDs and paperback books. All was as advertised, and very comfortable. The owner was available on call and resolved a very minor issue quickly and pleasantly. Pleasure to rent this unit - we had a great time!

Beautiful Condo work many amenities and land marks for getting to your place beautiful gulfveiws. Caddy's right across the street live band almost every night work great good. Everything was wonderful and Accomadating. Great place to stay for vacation or work.
