Anderen laten je foto's zien van de strandblokken verderop. Dit appartement ligt op 50 stappen van het zand! Hoekopstelling, begane grond, twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers, een volledige keuken met een afgeschermde privépatio. slechts 6 andere appartementen delen zwembad en privéterrein. 1150 vierkante voet. wasserij in de suite, kingsize bed in de master, twee aparte bedden in de tweede kamer, slaapbank, Pack N Play, tweepersoons luchtmatras en beschutte veranda. Accomodates 6. Kleine honden oké.
4 tv's, Netflix, kabel, internet / hi-speed wifi). Volledige keuken om familie maaltijden te bereiden indien nodig, koffiezetapparaat, mixer, broodrooster oven, magnetron, grote koelkast met ijsmachine, keramische kookplaat, alle borden, potten / pannen, bestek.
Wij bieden handdoeken, beddengoed, strandlakens, strandstoelen, parasol, grill, strandspeelgoed.
Kleine, goed opgeleide huisdieren onder 30 pond. Welkom met extra schoonmaakkosten.
In de buurt van Clearwater, FL met winkels en goede restaurants, weinig verkeer. Ideale plek om te ontspannen, vissen, paddleboard, kajakken en wandelen. Nabijgelegen attracties zijn onder andere het Clearwater Marine Aquarium (de thuisbasis van Winter the Dolphin), het Splash Harbor Water Park, de nabijgelegen halte voor Jolley Trolley, John's Pass, Busch Gardens, vele musea en bezienswaardigheden in St. Pete / Clearwater / Tampa gebied samen met enkele geweldige visrestaurants en een zonsondergang die niet te verslaan zijn.

Perfect location and great property

This was our second stay at this property. It was even better than the first. Some remodeling has been done, and done well. The private beach and pool are wonderful! The location is close to anything you want to do.This place has all of the conveniences. It is so comfortable and relaxing you could spend your entire vacation just chilling here. And gorgeous sunsets, of course!

Heaven on earth

The place was immaculate and quiet. Everything was as listed. The pool in the front and beach in the back, made this ladies trip easy and everyone did their own thing. And the sunsets…. It felt like our home away from home.

Loved the accessibility of this place! No stairs! Basically right on the beach and had a pool! Had breakfast every morning listening to the waves on the covered porch. Perfect spot for vacation!

Great condo on the beach

We loved staying here. Pool out the front door and the ocean out the back door - literally 50 steps from the beach We loved that the pool was a salt water pool . Condo was clean and comfortable with the feel of a beach cottage. The area is more residential so it was quiet and very relaxing. We especially loved the screened in lanai. my husband is handicapped and couldn't get to the beach but he really enjoyed sitting there and listening to the waves. We spent most of our condo time in the lanai. This place met all of our expectations and we hope to be able to come again soon.

Old time beach vacation

We loved the condo and the screened in patio was such a plus. My 81 year old mother spent most of her days out here. The pool was right out our front door. The gulf was in the back. My husband spent every day walking the beach or taking the chair out to sit. My mom and I could not get out to the beach as there are high dunes in front of it which is not stable for someone that walks w/ a walker or cane but kids and younger people should be ok. There is a charcoal grill and we used that to grill burgers and watch the sunset one evening. It’s definitely a quiet area compared to Clearwater and Indian Rocks which is exactly what we wanted. But if you’re looking for a big time party this place is not for you. All in all I would not mind staying here again

Excellent Beach Location, Nice Pool

Property was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Warning not to turn A/C below 72 did not affect our stay in December, but might trouble me in August. There are, however, ceiling fans throughout. Screened-in porch was beautiful place to relax.

we had a super time at property ,disappointed pool was not heated thought it said it was. was great to beach although they had to bring in alot of sand to protect property from damage, but we made it over sand dunes and enjoyed sunsets. the screened in porch was great. really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back. all in all super time!!!

It was amazing! Couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach and swimming pool! Comfortable beds, kitchen fully stocked, wine refrigerator was unexpected but a nice surprise. Lynda was very helpful and a great host.

Great location!

This was a great beach rental for our party of 5. We have two small children ages 5 and 8 and it was steps from the beach. So convenient to be able to drive a few minutes to a restaurant or grocery store. And the sunset views from the back porch were breathtaking. There were plenty of linens and kitchen was fully stocked.

The condo was great, but the owner is odd.

I loved the condo. It was exactly as listed and the beach was beautiful. However, as you can see from some of the previous responses, the owner is a bit off. Make sure to let her know upon arrival if there is anything wrong in the condo, even the smallest of issues such as splilled milk, or she will message you accusationally about it while you are at the airport waiting on your flight home. I was very disappointed in her communication and her lack of knowledge of the level of cleanliness offered upon arrival versus our departure. Despite that, we had a beautiful time and i would recommend this condo, just beware of the owner.

Great condo

Condo was spotless, great view, loved sitting on the lanai. Linda is a great host, quickly responded to any questions prior to our booking and arrival. Check in and check out was a breeze. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, etc.. Beach was uncrowded. Plenty of towels. We met many nice people staying there and had a relaxing week.
