This unit in Hamilton House has great side views of the Gulf so you can see sunrise and sunset. We love the convenience of the pool and beach access. This condo unit's layout is good. We really appreciated the beach towels, pool/beach toys, pack & play and chairs provided by the owners. On the downside, the condo is looking a bit run down and the porch could use a good power wash as the floor was very dirty from years of use. The kitchen had a mish-mash of utensils, dishes and cooking equipment but we had enough to cook some basic dinners. Personally, I would discard all the knick-knacks / tchotchkes and fake floor plants throughout the unit. They were all very old, dusty and an impediment to small children. As one of only a few 3-bedroom units in this conveniently located property, refreshing the decor and furniture might elevate the rental opportunity.

A week away

The unit is spacious, plenty of room for our group of 6 without feeling crowded. The location is perfect; close to dining and activities without being crowded. We have stayed in this unit several times and plan to visit again!

Two relaxing weeks

Kitchen was well equipped. Could use better linens and outdoor furniture but overall great. Beach and pool are wonderful. Close to good food. Prop managers were responsive and helpful.

Wonderful

The only inconvenience is as having to drive to Indian Shores to pick up our keys and check in. Other than that, this condo was an absolute dream!! It is as so spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Hope to stay again soon!!

Great location

The location was great it’s within walking distance to great restaurants and it’s on the beach. The balcony was a wonderful place to enjoy the view except for the 2 days we couldn’t use it due to unscheduled maintenance. The management company did give us a small refund for one day when we mentioned it to them when we checked out. Overall we would highly recommend staying here.

Nice place for vacation!

Very nice and big apartment. Everything is clean. Bad and towel was fresh. Have a lot of things for kids palming at the beach. One thing they have just 3 beach chair.

Great property for our 3 week stay

This property is in a great area with a beautiful view, spacious living & sleeping areas, well stocked kitchen, well maintained pool area & easy access to the beach with plenty of beach equipment. Annette was very helpful if we had questions. Close to some very good restaurants (Keegan’s Seafood Grill & TJ’s Italian Cafe both right across the street). We had visitors the each week for the first 2 weeks (2 adults 2 small children) and had ample space for everyone. Would definitely consider this property again☺️.

I’d have to say everything was perfect at this condo except the beach chairs and umbrellas. We bought umbrellas and left them.
