Welcome to the Sanctuary Apartment at The Urban Standard, a beautifully renovated ground-floor unit featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. This modern retreat offers direct access to a charming patio that faces a lush shared courtyard garden, creating the perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. With its recent renovations, the apartment combines contemporary comforts with a serene atmosphere, making it ideal for both short- and long-term stays. The grounds also include a dedicated pet area, ensuring your furry friends feel right at home.
The Space
The apartment is centrally located in the St. Pete area, offering easy access to a variety of attractions. You’re just a 10-minute drive from the vibrant bars, restaurants, and museums of downtown St. Petersburg. If you’re looking to soak up the sun, the pristine beaches of "The Burg" are only 20 minutes away. The location also provides convenient access to I-275 North, making both Tampa International Airport and Clearwater Airport easily reachable. Nestled on the edge of a commercial area, the property borders a quaint, quiet neighborhood. Once inside the gated community, you’ll find yourself in a garden oasis—a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Guest Access
Guests can park in their dedicated parking space at the front of the property and enter through the garden gate. As you walk through the lush oasis, you’ll find the apartment at the back of the property. The entrance is located next to a private deck, which overlooks the garden area. Guests have full access to the outdoor spaces, including a dog park and various seating areas throughout this shared community. If you’re expecting visitors, they are welcome to park on the street. The apartment is equipped with a keyless entry system, and a unique code will be provided on the day of your arrival for easy access.
Other Things to Note
This apartment is part of a small complex that includes long-term rentals as well as short-term accommodations.
Pets: We are a dog-friendly complex with an on-site pet area, though certain breed restrictions apply due to insurance policies.
For mid-term guests, a lease will be required for the duration of your stay. Depending on the length of stay, county and city taxes may be applied to the monthly rent.
