The open-concept living area features a 75” Smart TV and opens directly to a private balcony with beach and Gulf views, ocean breezes, and a peaceful atmosphere.

The condo is managed directly by the owner.
I personally inspect the property before every guest arrival to ensure it is spotless, fully prepared, and everything is in perfect working order. I also make ongoing improvements to keep the home comfortable and well-maintained.

This a smoke-free building. No smoking is allowed inside the condo, on the balcony or by the pool. Smoking is only allowed at the parking lot side by the greenery.
