Each condo has its own entrance, and it`s a short stroll to Sunset Beach, Caddy`s Waterfront and Ka-Tiki. Great for solo travelers, couples, families or groups traveling together.

GUEST ACCESS
Your condo is private, with its own entrance. The 15x8 ft swim spa (pool and hot tub combo) and outdoor shower are shared.

• Caddy`s Waterfront and Ka-Tiki, local and tourist favorites for food, cocktails, live entertainment and sunsets

GOOD TO KNOW
• Check-in 4:00 PM or later, check-out 10:00 AM. Fees apply for early check-in or late check-out.
• Minimum rental age: 21.
• The entire property is non-smoking.
• No events or parties.
• Pets: one pet maximum, $150 pet fee.
• Breaking these rules may result in cancellation and/or eviction. These rules override any conflicting information elsewhere in the listing.
