Woefully inadequate!
I can't beleive that VRBO approved this place for rental. FAlthough weorinally booked with VRBO, we ended be dealt with by VACASA.Upon arrival, we discovered that was no waher or dryer although the original description included these items. I finally took pictures of the hooks ups and we were reimbursed for the inconvience of halving to go 5 miles to a laundry mat. Additionally the pictures showed two easy chairs and there was one. The sofa is old and quite dirty.The kitchen had one skilleet and 3 pans, 5 forks and knive, 5 real plates and a stacvk of plastic. I had to buy aluminum throw away pans for cooking. And there was no one spice or bottle of oil and NO salt or pepper shaker.There was one set of sheets foor each bed which meant getting the laundromat early enoough to get them back in the afternoon.The carpeting on the stairs is stained and in need of replacement, the wood work is badly chipped, the bathroom vanity is in need of scraping and painting, and the walls in the hall way are dark and the stairs dirty.And, there was no cleaning supplies. So, the tile floor got wswept, because i bought a broom, but nevver washed and nothing got dusted for 2 1/2 months.I realize that the hurricanes complicated rental units, but this was woefuul inadequate for a long term rental.
