Jack & Shelly were great with communication & always responded back quickly. The condo was spacious with a nice layout overlooking the harbor/bay. They supplied enough amenities for our family (six of us) for 5 days, plus having a washer & dryer was a huge bonus. Kitchen was stocked with enough utensils & Hexclad pans. The area we stayed was a short walk from the beach. We saw dolphins swimming everyday from the balcony. Only downfall during our stay was the pool heater was not on where we couldn't utilize the pool, but otherwise we had a great stay & would recommend for families. You can tell they put thought into what families need. We will be back!

First off, the hosts were amazing with responsiveness both before and during our stay. They were kind enough to have plenty of starter amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, detergent for both dishwasher and washing machine. They also had coffee filters and, if wanted, coffee. We purchased our own coffee, though. The location is outstanding as it is walking distance to many outdoor venues and really not too far from Clearwater beach venues. We walked every day and there is options to vary the scenery. The hosts made recommendations through a very thorough booklet. We loved Cesare’s so much we went there twice in a 5 day stay. It was a little chilly, unseasonably, but if we were able to go to the beach, the hosts provide beach towels and some sand tools for kids.The outside deck is outstanding. The hosts provide ample seating choices…. Even space for outdoor dining. We did not get to use the pool or hot tub, but they are great too. Easy access with digital entry/exit for elevator and the living space. An added nicety was providing access to a Netflix account. The showers (2 of them) had great pressure. The master bath was huge and well arranged. The shared bathroom was a good size as well. Living space inside also had great options for seating. Probably a few too many pillows. But that was an easy solve as we were able to use the third bedroom for storage of those extras.All in all, the weather did not cooperate well for us, but we loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It is clean and comfortable and we loved sitting on the patio looking out at the bay. Such a great way to start and end the day! We stayed over the Christmas holidays and the hosts added a few holiday decorations that made everything feel more homey. They responded very quickly when I emailed them, and were so easy to work with. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Clearwater!

This beautiful property was beyond our expectations! Pictures do not do it justice. Shelly and Jack have thought of every convenience and luxury for a truly comfortable stay. The area was perfect, close to everything Clearwater Beach has to offer, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing. Beautiful condo. Stocked with necessities, coffee makers, washer and dryer. The balcony was lovely and shaded. Saw dolphins in the morning. The complex is quiet, has a pool. Lots of restaurants walking distance. The beach was about a 10 min walk for us. We chose to load our stuff up and walk rather than pay to park. Pier 60 is about a mile away and an easy walk as well. Check in/out was easy, I appreciated their was no key to keep up with. We had no issues during our stay. Lots of room for everyone to be happy.
