Cute little condo!
Cute and clean space. Perfect for a couple. A little crowded with 4, but enough sleeping space. There’s a pull out couch on each side of the fireplace and a king bed in bedroom. Located close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Owners respond quickly. We had a really great stay.

Great stay in beautiful St Simons!
Our stay was fantastic! Our place was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We even had a new smart television. It was equipped with everything a person would need. The location was perfect and the neighbors around us were friendly and made us feel right at home. The furniture was comfortable. We loved all of the windows in the dinning and living room. It was tastefully decorated and the pictures in the advertisement didn’t do it justice. . The walk in closet and bathroom was awesome. The steps are a climb and not easy to hold onto. It would be nice to have a metal railing on the wood to make going up and down easier. Overall, it was fabulous. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing such a lovely, well kept condo.

Home had lovely decor, well appointed, provided coffee, etc. for you. Bed was comfortable, easy access to the beach just a few miles away, centrally located.

I did not think luxurious was an accurate description of this condo. It was tastefully decorated but The microwave definitely needs attention, 1 lamp had a questionable switch and had no lightbulb. I travel with facial cleanser but was confounded that there wasn’t any shower soap. Hmmmm

Great location for biking!
We've been coming to St. Simon's Island for 15 plus years and would rate this as one of our favorite places to stay. We ride bikes all over the whole Island and this is a great central location. Condo was tastefully and comfortably furnished and felt very homey to us. King sized bed was very comfortable!

Clean, clean, clean! Perfectly located between attractions on St Simons and Jekyll Islands. Condo is cozy and in a peaceful area. Can walk to Winn Dixie, restaurants, pizza and McDonalds. Has a flight of stairs to get inside to consider if you have issues. We LOVED it! Would definitely stay there again.

Return to St. Simons Island (SSI)
We returned to SSI after our previous visit some 12 years ago. The property was perfect for our 2-night "reunion". So clean and well appointed. All sorts of walkable eateries available -- breakfast, lunch and dinner. A reasonable walk to the pier area is also a plus if looking for a 10,000-step route as we were. Love those live oaks shading the way for much of the walk.

The condo was clean, modern, and very comfy- Perfect for a quick working vacation. The hosts have done a great job of thinking through the details. Check-in was extremely easy and hosts were quick to respond to any communication. Highly recommend.

Very nice and comfy townhouse. Gated community was a benefit as we had a small trailer with us. Close to everything, walked to bagel shop for breakfasts, Starbucks also walking distance.

Miscommunication regarding checkout
Overall, we had an absolute wonderful time. Perfect size for the two of us. Short drive to the village and restaurants. Very clean! The only issue we had was that on checkout day we were greeted by the housekeeper who was on the phone with the owner that said checkout was supposed to be at 10. However, previous messages all stated checkout was at 11. Other than miscommunication, our visit was a complete success.

So glad you liked our condo. To be super accurate, our cleaner knocked on the door at 10:45. We know this as we were on the phone with her. Most our guests have departed or are pretty much ready by that time. We are floored, I mean stunned that you would rate our condo with four stars due solely on that. We work extremely hard to provide a very high end stay for a very affordable price.

Wonderful time!
The property is beautiful and perfectly located in the middle of town. It is quaint and cute. We had a terrific time and highly recommend the condo. It is clean, has a well stocked kitchen, laundry, fireplace and 2 tvs. The bed is comfortable and is motorized so you can sit and watch a movie. Fabulous place. 5 stars!

My wife and I love St Simons Island! This Condo was in a great location. It's so close to everything. The condo is so nice and you cannot hear any of the neighbors. Wonderfully decorated and a well stocked kitchen.

Very Comfy Property
We spent more time than planned indoors because of the weather. The beachy decor and many ammenities of this property made for a very pleasant rainy day(s) stay. Previous reviews mentioned that the bed was very comfortable but it was too soft for me. I slept on the sofa with no issues. We will return and hopefully be able to try the pool out.

Great get away
Walked into a cool, spotless condo that was decorated beautiful. Everything was labeled and so easy to use. The bed was wonderful and everything we needed was there. We brought our bikes and enjoyed exploring the island. We rode down to the pier and enjoyed several of the restaurants there. Iguanas was great!! Two days we went to Jekyll Island which was a short drive. The driftwood beach was amazing… great week!!

St Simon Island stopover
Property was as described, located centrally on the island, with easy access to restaurants, beaches, and bike and walking trails. Owners were very responsive to any questions. Bed was quite comfortable, air conditioner worked great, and great xfinity and roku TV options with fast wifi. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay!
It was very clean & decorated beautifully! It was perfect for us and very close to several restaurants! Shower was very nice, king size bed was extremely comfortable with very comfy pillows! Both couches pulled out to beds, very happy! We also enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed the gym! We will definitely be back!

Cozy beach gem
This condo has an adorable shabby chic beach vibe. Everything we needed was provided for a comfortable stay. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants, a grocery store, and pharmacy. It is only short car ride to the beach and village. Very comfortable king size adjustable bed and a great set up for cooking/dining/television viewing. We loved the unheated pool.

Overall everything was very clean. We found the bed lumpy. Light in frig is out as well as overhead light in microwave. Disappointed only one side of fireplace illuminated. No blanket in bedroom and could use another lap blanket in tv room. Also scum ring in washing machine. I don’t mean to be critical but as owner’s thought you would like this information. Very well laid out condo. Also there were two large bees always on steps leading up to condo. They didn’t sting but we were very cautious as my husband is allergic to bee stings

Thanks for the five star review and your personal preference thoughts. My wife and I recently slept on the mattress and found it very comfortable. It is an expensive mattress. For the very affordable nightly rate we charge we think that one fireplace is a big bonus. Glass half full or half empty depending on what type person you are. Most condo properties don’t have any. There is a blanket for the bedroom in the closet. You must have missed it. The exterior is controlled by the Hoa. I have emailed the Hoa person about the two bees you encountered. I believe they are wood boring bees which don’t normally sting. Thanks for staying with us.

The best condo!
This was our first time staying at this condo and couldn't have been happier! We loved the condo! It was perfect for our needs. The condo was very clean and well taken care of, the bed was extremely comfy. We was within minutes of anywhere we wanted to go on the island. Tom was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Lovely Condo
My husband and I rented this condo 3 times now and this time we brought along our 16 yr old daughter for Thanksgiving week. We always love staying here and love the location. Downtown St Simons is a short bike ride away (if you know which way to turn). Our two Boston Terriers are also always happy tagging along as the area is very dog friendly.

We loved staying here! Very homey and comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like was we could not lower the thermostat below 70. We are used to sleeping with ours set at 65 so we were hot, but other than that it was wonderful!!!
