That said, ours is an older property, not an apartment complex, but a late 40s/1950s era motorcourt/inn. While for many of our guests this is part of the appeal of our property, we do recognize it may not be the best suited to everyone's needs, so we are happy to hear that our staff were accommodating with your request to check out early and providing the refund for the nights you did not stay. If you ever decide you'd like to give us another try in the future, though, we'd be happy to host you again!

One point of clarification regarding the decor: though our property is indeed an older one, none of the area rugs are older than a couple of years, though the vintage design may give the impression that they are older. However, we are sorry to hear that you found the rug in your room had not been cleaned properly and we offer our apologies for this issue. As for housekeeping, there should not have been limited service during your stay and you should have received housekeeping daily so long as there was not a do-not-disturb sign hanging on your door.
