'This place goes above and beyond! Customer service is great along with guys at the front door. Housekeeping was great and kept our room clean and gave us plenty of towels. We had no problems at all and everything was literally perfect at this resort. Restaurants were great and the 3 pools are amazing with the best views ever!We loved the gift shop..it literally had everything we needed plus more.We were able to get taxis so fast.. the guys at the front were exceptional with guests and calling...

'We stayed one night. For the price of almost usd 600 for one night we would expect better hotel. Breakfast was in a basket delivered to your room so you have to eat it sitting on your bed. Beside that it was a very limited breakfast. Environment is dangerous in the evening/night'

'Everyone says as soon as you fly into St Thomas, hurry over to St John. If they stayed at the beautiful Secret Harbor, they’d be convinced that the amenities, beach, and hospitality rival anything in St John. It was an awesome experience '

Het management bevordert de interactie van de gasten met elkaar door elke avond een bescheiden happy hour te organiseren. Dan kun je met elkaar de dag de revue laten passeren en tips uitwisselen over restaurantjes in de stad. De kamer was netjes schoon en de bedden heerlijk. Rustig. Goede airco, fan, koelkastje en satelliet TV. We zouden hier...

'Loved this property! Cleanest condo we have stayed in at Saphire. Has all the extras to make beach days easier including chairs, beach towels and coolers (although we did wish their was some beach toys). You will not be disappointed! Will definitely stay again. '

'The unit was exactly as stated in the photos and description. Everything we required was provided and available. The unit was well-cooled, bed comfortable and very clean. We had stayed in the village previously and knew that it suited our needs. We could not ask for anything more in this stay and would be happy to return! '
