'During the initial stages of Hurricane Erin, the staff remained calm and showed such commitment to the safety and well-being of the guests. The entire staff in the Frenchmans Roast cafe deserve a round of applause. They are some of the hardest working people I have ever met. Bernardo is awesome and all the ladies working the cafe are outstanding. Before the storm, while the Edge pool was open, the bartenders Reece and Melanie (I believe her name was) were so personable. 'We stayed one night. For the price of almost usd 600 for one night we would expect better hotel. Breakfast was in a basket delivered to your room so you have to eat it sitting on your bed. Beside that it was a very limited breakfast.

'Jammer dat het balie personeel, zowel bij in als uitchecken zo onvriendelijk was en omdat het time share appartementen zijn, moesten wij halverwege de week van kamer wisselen, smorgens om 10 uur eruit en de belofte dat we om 13.00u weer op de kamer konden, werd 15.00u, wat ons nors werd medegedeeld, we moesten maar wachten.

'The staff is incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make your stay amazing. Shout out to the transportation supervisor Ms. Freeman, she went above and beyond to find a fruit that I had 40 years ago on the island and get me some. The property is very clean and the beach is awesome. Will definitely be coming back.'
