'the resort was pretty nice but they don't provide anything you need help with. If you need anything, you either have to bring it or they will charge you for the smallest things. they wouldn't even give regular water without having to pay for a bottle or going to the bar by the pool. the staff are pretty nice. this resort is also very expensive for little things. all the money you pay for the things on the resort, you might as well pay for an all inclusive and be more relaxed there. my room...

'The Westin was beautiful. Dirty, but beautiful. There was trash in areas that were there from the day we arrived until the day we left. Everything was expensive: mandatory $40/day valet, mandatory $75/day resort fee. Restaurants were expensive. Glass bathroom door (I like my privacy when using the bathroom). Even after being in a $2500+ hotel, there was a $1000 hold, which we had an additional $760 in fees (valet, resort fee, etc). Overall, I wouldn't recommend.'
