Larry en ik verwelkomen je graag op B207 "This Is The Life!" We hebben genoten van het delen van ons appartement met een leidinggevende uit Puerto Rico voor de laatste 7 maanden, maar vanaf 12/1/19 is het beschikbaar om te huren!

Ons appartement werd volledig gerenoveerd in augustus 2016. Niets werd gespaard met dit vakantiehuis! De keuken heeft eersteklas keukenhulpmiddelen, waaronder een vaatwasser, magnetron / heteluchtoven en een koelkast met een ijsmachine. De flatvloer is overal een strakke grijze porseleinen tegel. De badkamer is voorzien van een wit granieten aanrechtblad met 2 wastafels, een grote douche met kiezelstenen vloer en een regendouchekop.

De grote kast bevat een elektronische kluis, een koelbox om mee te nemen naar het strand en snorkeluitrusting.

Er is een kingsize bed met nachtkastjes. Tegenover het bed is er een grote ingebouwde opslagruimte en een bureau. Het appartement slaapkamer kan worden gescheiden van de woonkamer via de scheidingswand. De scheidingswand wordt getrokken uit een opslagruimte naast de koelkast en trekt over de gehele breedte van het appartement.

Voor het dineren in maaltijden, is er een kitchenette tafel en stoelen voor 4. De nieuwe flatscreen-tv hangt aan de muur van de keuken, zodat deze gemakkelijk vanaf de bank kan worden bekeken. De woonkamer is voorzien van een Bassett-bank met een bijpassende Bassett-stoel en poef.

De glazen schuifdeuren in de woonkamer komen uit op het dek, compleet met een love-seat, 2 barstoelen en een tafel op barhoogte. Perfect voor uw ochtendkoffie en avonddrankjes! Er zijn privacytinten die 's avonds voor de glazen schuifdeuren kunnen worden gebruikt. De verdelers trekken uit elke wand en vergrendelen via de magnetische sluiting.

Als gast van een resort-appartement heeft u recht op gratis ligstoelen. Neem contact op met de Resort Attendant (tussen gebouwen B & C) voor uw stoelen.

Hoewel de Atlantische Oceaan spectaculair mooi is boven water, is de kleurrijke onderwaterwereld even mooi. Tijdens het snorkelen bij Sapphire zie je schildpadden, roggen en vissen in alle kleuren van de regenboog! De koraalriffen, met hun verschillende maten, vormen en kleuren zijn ook prachtig!

Ook handig voor strandgangers is de Sapphire Beach Bar, gerenoveerd in 2018. Naast drankjes serveert de bar ook een beperkt, maar heerlijk menu met gerechten. Lokaal talent bezoekt het kleine podium in de Beach Bar.

Naast de Beach Bar is een koffie- en diepgevroren yoghurtwinkel die net is geopend in 2018! Naast de heerlijke bevroren yoghurt serveren ze ook ontbijtbroodjes.

Amazing stay at Sapphire Beach Resort

My husband and I stayed at this property for 10 nights. The condo was updated and very clean. The view from the deck was stunning and was our favorite spot for coffee and breakfast every morning. Taxi service was steps from the condo so it was a breeze getting around the island. The hosts were very responsive and our questions were always answered within a short time. I would suggest providing additional towels, and toilet paper for guests staying longer than a week. We bought additional TP and laundered towels but not all guests will want to do that. Having water bottles, such as, Yetis would have been helpful too. We loved our stay at This Is The Life! Thank you Vickie and Larry for sharing your condo, we created wonderful memories for a lifetime!

Location location!!!

This condo is a beautifully decorated studio. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. We enjoyed sunrise and sunset with a view of the ocean from the deck. The location is perfect - with the Beach Buzz a short walk for morning coffee and breakfast, and Red Hook a 10 minute drive in the evening for dinner. Enjoyed the convenience of beach chairs daily.

Great space and a great location

The condo certainly lived up to expectations. Right on the beach and right on the water. The area around the Sapphire Beach condos has definitely improved since our last visit. For the Christmas holiday, there were a lot of people at the beach, but not overcrowded and obnoxious. We loved opening the blinds in the morning to see the sun and blue water. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay, including a microwave, coffee pot and dishes.Also good is the proximity to Red Hook and Smith Bay. We would come back and would recommend to others.

Gorgeous location

This is beach-front property. It has beautiful views and you can hear the ocean from your room. The room was as described. The main concern I had was I found a glass in the cabinet that had several lip stains, which gave me pause to wonder how well was the rest of the apartment cleaned really…otherwise everything seemed clean.

Wonderful long weekend! We loved having the convenience of the chairs at the beach and the location near Redhook and lots of dining options. The condo itself had everything you could need to make your stay comfortable And easy. So clean! Loved the relaxing mornings and sunrise!

Vicki and Larry’s condo was as described, clean and well equipped. They were great hosts and kept us informed about some power outages. If you like to be steps from the ocean, this is the place to stay.

What a view!

I stayed at “This is the life” for a week, boy was it amazing! You can’t beat the view or the proximity to the beach! The condo was just as described, clean, bright and equipped with all you’ll need….just pack your personal items, visit Moe’s for a couple of grocery items and just enjoy your stay! Communicating with Vickie was easy, she was super responsive during my booking process and after, giving great recommendations. Thanks for sharing your condo…can’t wait to go back!

Best place on sapphire beach

It was exactly how it was advertised. It was beautiful and it over looked the beach with a great view of the water which was so blue and clear. The bar and grill area was so close and easy to get to for a quick bite. And red hook was 10 min taxi ride away with a food market if you wanted to buy groceries. Will definitely be back to this property.

This little place was perfect! My husband and I were there for a friend’s wedding. The room was perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen was stocked and the keurig was a nice touch because the line at the coffee shop was really long each morning. There was snorkel gear, games and the view was amazing! The host was extremely accommodating, we had a late flight out and they were able to give a late check no problem. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Look no further...

This condo is perfect! Location is close to so much in Red Hook (shopping, bars, restaurants etc)! Sapphire Resort has so many amenities on property too- Breakfast/Coffee shop, Bar/Restaurant, boutique, fancy restaurant. The condo was clean and the host makes sure you are provided with all you could need! So many suggestions as well. PERFECTION! We will be back!

Stunned on how beautiful “This is the Life”!! Beautiful, immaculate, everything you can image was provided for. The place is Above and Beyond!!
