The check in process was a hassle. I didn’t get the unit number or the code to get in well after I was supposed to. My daughter sat outside in the rain with our groceries because I didn’t have the info for her to get in. So that started the trip off on a negative note The generator ran out of gas so we sat in the dark for hours even though the owner had an error code on her phone and could have had it fixed before it ran out. Getting TP for the 3 & 1/2 bathrooms reminded me of Covid. We we hardly there at the unit during the day & we had the smallest rolls of TP & had to buy our own. Owner told me that she’d reimburse me money to make things right but I don’t see that happening.
