The TipSea Turtle at Cabrita by the Sea - a romantic oceanfront condo

The house features one bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is a beachfront property located on the second floor inside Cabrita by the Sea Condominiums on the east side of the island. The pebble beach is right outside the condo, and the sandy beach is a 7-10 minute walk away. We are also providing two beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels for your convenience on beach days. Please note that children under 18 years old are not allowed to stay in this house.

It’s conveniently located just a short walk from the Ritz Carlton, a 7-minute drive from Red Hook, and a 25-minute drive from the airport. Its location is exceptional, offering serenity and direct access to the ocean. If you’re interested in snorkeling, simply step in front of the condo with your water shoes and mask, and you’ll discover a stunning underwater world. During the day, you can observe various boat and ferry activities moving through Mullet Bay from the balcony. In the evening, you can enjoy picturesque sunsets.

Guest access: You and your guest will have full access to the entire house, including the balcony. You are welcome to use the mini-golf course on the premises, and the condominium also features an ice machine for your convenience. Additionally, there are on-site coin-operated washers and dryers available to meet your laundry needs during your stay. Please note that children under 18 years old are not permitted to stay in this house. We are not responsible for any personal items left behind after your checkout time.

Provisioning/Concierge Services

Need groceries? No problem. We are now working with a third company to stock the fridge with groceries for you before your arrival. They also offer fresh painkillers, rum punch, sangria, pina coladas, & margaritas by the gallon. They shop the local markets for fresh  fish, lobster, and local produce.

Guests can book private round-trip transportation through a local taxi company. They will pick up and drop off guests from the airport to the condo.

Guests can book a private massage or a couple's massage through a third party. A masseur will come to our place and provide the relaxation you need.

Turn off the AC and lights. Empty the fridge, take out all trash to the dumpster, and close/lock doors and windows.
Before leaving, strip the sheets and place them in a pile in the bathroom with used towels.
To reduce sand, leave the two beach chairs in the hallway after a day at the beach. An additional charge of $200 for an excessive amount of sand.

The condo was very clean and comfortable with an amazing ocean view. The kitchen was well equipped and beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, snorkeling gear, and beach towels were available for use. Check in was seamless and the host's communication was excellent. The condo was located within a 10 minute drive of some of the best beaches on St Thomas.

Amazing view and great value! The condo was secluded from the other buildings so it was quiet and peaceful. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for a great stay. It was a quick drive into Red Hook and close to beautiful beaches which ended up being an ideal location!

The condo is in a great location with a beautiful view of Red Hook bay. The unit is good size for a one bedroom, and the balcony is great for meals and watching the sun set. A couple of tips: the onsite laundry requires tokens (5 each) so be sure to arrange to buy those in advance. Nearby Secret Harbor beach has good snorkeling and a solid restaurant. We had a great experience overall on St. Thomas and would happily stay in this condo again.

Very nice, perfect location and wonderful falling asleep to the ocean if you are lucky enough to have a cool breezy night. The place could use some updated ammenities like nicer towels, more kitchen supplies like dish towels and more paper towels. The beach chairs could use replacing. Other than that it’s perfect and the location is unbeatable.

This place is perfectly located in Red Hook, without the hustle and bustle of people, but activities, restaurants and beaches are in close proximity.This is our second stay in 2 years, and have scheduled again for next year.The best things we have found: Ferry is close for trips to St John or even British VI. Excursions from Ritz Carlton very close. St John should be a must.After a busy day, the best part is quiet, peaceful, comfortable condo with an incredible views from large patio, the bedroom or the living area.

It was quiet, away from the noise of town, but close enough to be convenient. The view was lovely and we enjoyed the time we spent there. The balcony provided a wonderful place to sit and relax after a busy day snorkeling!

Quiet Beautiful View of the Bay

I really don’t know where to begin. This place is perched seaside with a bay and sunset view. Unit has living and bedroom ocean views with large sliding glass doors. The view is spectacular, inside and out on the large patio. Location is secluded but close to everything Red Hook. This place is a gem.
