'Hotel office staff is very courteous and professional. The ‘beach’ associated with the hotel is less than 50 ft along the waterfront and 30 ft wide at low tide, nearly non existent at high tide. Restaurant is not controlled by the hotel, the restaurant frequently had item unavailable that were on the menu. However, what the did have was reasonably priced and very good. '

'The restaurant staff are irreplaceable. Sunset Shores is my favorite place to stay when I'm in St Vincent. The team make you feel at home, yet are professional. The hotel plant itself can do with some upgrade including better locks and latches on doors from a security perspective. '

'Stay here fairly often, its our go to stop over on St Vincent before catching ferry. Rooms modern and clean, fresh crisp white bed linen and towels. Lovely position looking over marina. Great restaurant serving fresh delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. '

'The ambiance was beautiful. The place was extremely clean and the room/suite was huge. The staff in both the grill and the restaurant were very polite, and meals were served in a timely manner. Was delicious also. My disappointment. I returned the key after our stay and the receptionist did not even ask how way your stay, did you like the facility, can we count on you staying here if you return to the country? Some small talk just to get your feedback or to make sure your were comfortable....
