'Very pleasant experience here. The staff were welcoming and friendly, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The food at the restaurant is so good! We will definitely be back when we visit El paso again. '

'Heerlijk modern hotel, ontbijt niet inbegrepen, fijn bed en loop in douche, jammer dat de waterdruk niet zo hoog was ( kamer op 13de?), netflix casten naar tv, valet parkeren, redelijk dicht bij el paso street.'

'In dit hotel was alleen valet parkeren. Eigenlijk parkeren we liever zelf onze auto maar het is goed gegaan. Zelfs onze koffers werden uit de auto gehaald en naar boven gebracht. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Het zag er klein uit. De kamer was prima. We hadden mooi uitzicht en alles was schoon. Het bed zag er niet top uit maar sliep wel goed.'

'I was told everything inclusive when I book including breakfast but when I went I was told to order for breakfast. It clearly said free breakfast in my booking. I paid 60$for breakfast. It should have been clear when booking . '

'The check-in process was seamless and the host was communicative. The property has a lot of character and style, but it is in definite need of upgrades. There was peeling paint on the ceilings and walls and in the claw-foot tub. The toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall and not been repaired, etc. There was garbage just inside the front gate. And some basic amenities would have been welcome. There were no paper towels or napkins in the kitchen, and there was a keurig machine but no pods. '

'Beware!! This place was a crazy experience. If you have kids PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. Yes, it cheap, but it's cheap for a reason. The place was dirt from the outside and the hallway. There was beer cans and so much trash just laying around. The rooms are indoor but for some crazy reason the door were prompt open with rocks, the doors were dirty. Under the staircase there was pillow and blankets (UNDER THE STAIRCASE of the hallway). Homeless can clearly sleep there. You can smell weed and...
