'Liked that we had a private room with our own restroom and dinning area. However it was pretty dusty in the dinning/kitchen area. The tub was also dusty, only noticed when I turned on the water and watched as all the dirt drained. My partner and I got stuffy noses because of there dust. The bed sheets however were clean though.'

'The property is good with only one flaw. The owner is terrific and communicates well. The issue is the construction of the bathroom. The toilet sits almost underneath the sink, making it very difficult to use for a person over 6 foot tall. With a bit of rework in the bathroom, this will be a terrific rental. Of course, for folks under 6 feet tall, the current bathroom is likely no problem.'

'Parking in the street but the curb was so high that you could get out of the drivers side or the car. Did not receive directions email from the host until we were trying to gain access at 11 pm so it was dark and we couldn’t figure out how to open the gate to the Duplex’s. The steps were uneven and the floor of the property was uneven. The back yard grass that was there was super high but mostly dirt. It would have been nice if the shower had a shelf because you had to put all of your stuff on...
