'Service in hotel is niet goed. Hebben meerdere keren dingen aangekaart die niet goed zijn, maar werd geen actie ondernomen totdat ik na 4 dagen een slechte review heb geschreven op Google. We werden uitgenodigd voor een kop koffie om een en ander te bespreken. Het enige dat werd gezegd was sorry, en 1 roomservice maaltijd aangeboden op onze laatste avond, terwijl voor de deur enorm goed eten is.
Ontbijt is erg slecht, hebben hier 2 keer gegeten en andere ochtenden besloten om het niet meer te...

'The room was wonderful. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel.
The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session. '

The surrounding area is full of great food options, and it’s very close to major attractions in the city. Even the room view was better than expected. Since I just needed a place to sleep as a solo traveler, I didn’t want a luxury hotel—and this place exceeded my expectations. Highly satisfied.
