'The Hampton Inn Alexandria hotel has a great location -- walking distance to shops, restaurants, the waterfront, and the metro train station. The free trolley stops right in front of the hotel and has numerous stops all along King Street. The hotel was always clean and well maintained, and their free breakfast offered several nice options. 'The river view was amazing. The staff was very courteous and professional. The room wss clean but the bed was too soft for me but still comfortable ifnyhay makes sense. The bayhoom was clean and NO leftover hairs anywhere. While taking a shower the flo9r outside thenshower did become wet and the bathoom was drenched. I had an engineer come up to adjust the shower door which did help. I RECOMMEND the riverview room.'
