'Right beside the train station and the bus stop for the bus from the airport. Near the city center. Staff was very friendly and got out of their way to help. Room is basic, but just as you would expect from a place like this. All amenities were provided though. Would recommend. '

'We were early, they worked to get us in our room earlier. The clerk was so friendly and helpful through our whole 3 night stay. The room was comfortable, clean, pretty and a pleasure to stay in - enjoyed the free coffee and made use of the community room downstairs while waiting for our room. '

They brought my luggage up to my room and back down, scheduled a taxi for me to get to the train station when I left, and were so kind to me. I would definitely stay here again.'

Supermarkt en kleinere winkeltjes zijn ook dichtbij en het oude centrum van Santiago is tien minuten lopen. Hoewel een uur of twee 'te vroeg' konden we meteen op onze kamer terecht. We moesten bij aankomst betalen. De hotelier bracht onze koffer naar boven en we mochten een mes lenen. De kamer lag rustig aan de achterkant van het hotel en bleek als extra een groot balkon te hebben (1 extra punt...
