'This property has a wonderfully helpful staff. The one person working gave us directions to where we wanted to go and was very kind. The linens were nice and soft. The bed comfy. Be aware that the penthouse suite is not what Americans would expect. It was the attic with slanted ceilings I bumped my head on. The advertised breakfast does not start at 8:00 and there is no hot water pot or coffee in the room or hotel. The advertised café and bar were not open at all. No one was present at 8:45 a.m....
